attydallas3: I think we studied that case in Con Law back when I was in law school, BIGRED1 .. Is that the one where he poked fun of Jerry Falwell in a parody cartoon in his mag .. something about him supposedly doing some gal in an outhouse, or some such? Falwell ended up suing him and the mag. for defamation (libel) over it, and SCOTUS ruled it was "protected 1st. A. speech" b/c of the commercial nature and Falwell being a "public figure", or some such, and dismissed the lawsuit .. &:-) Paul
