I too was married to a Navy guy (subs) and we got a divorce due to my depression and Bi Polar diagnosis . I still have a hard time moving on and trying to wrap my head around the mind set of it being a life experience vs "failure". Anywho I am reaching out to see how you are dealing with things, how things have improved (or not) and the fundamental changes you made.
