Modern eyes interpretation of the Revelations of John the Divine

Reinterpreting the Revelations of John the Divine...Looking through modern eyes. Was John seeing the coming space age?
first off....."10 On the Lord’s Day I was in the Spirit, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet,"
what does it REALLY mean to "be in the spirit"?
I used to be Apostolic Pentecostal...a holy roller...when I was "in the spirit" I was in an altered state of consciousness and open to whatever energies and frequencies I could receive
the original nomenclature for those who enter an altered state to receive vibes or visions was psychic.....the new terminology for the psychic is remote viewer
remote viewers are said to be able to see past present and future...near and far(Ingo Swan was reported to have RVed Mars, 10,000 years in its past)
so, John was one of those individuals with the "gift"(we all can do this, but some are more receptive than others) of remote viewing
ok, he said that he "heard behind him....", so, while in altered state, John met up with a guide in the astral...these can be beings of vastly advanced evolutionary states in this physical universe, just on the astral...or these could be beings of a higher vibrational plane/dimension that can only communicate with our universe via the astral
either way, they had foreknowledge(via the akashik record?) of upcoming events and they were willing to share with John...for whatever reason he was deemed worthy
BTW, John was on Patmos Island in Greece when he had his visions....Patmos was a penal colony of sorts....convicts were sent there, a form of exile by the Romans
he was sent there supposedly for his heresy of Christian teachings
"18 I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades."
ok, to me....seriously, this sounds like what Thoth the Atlantean said in the very first tablet of the Emerald Tablets.....

I have often said(to those that have listened to what I teach) that Yeshua(Jesus) is just the latest incarnation of Thoth...who is also many other incarnations in many other pantheons
either, the writers of the Bible had access to the Emerald Tablets and just rewrote what they needed for their agenda....OR, THIS really IS Thoth and the things he says to John, he already wrote in the Emerald Tablets
Basically, he is just reiterating what he already stated
I'm not gonna go into the churches. For one, there are way too many interpretations for them...who are they actually? what do they represent? are they real places or just allegories?
same goes for the lampstands and the stars...moving on.
The Throne in Heaven
seriously......when one reads it, it sounds like something out of a fantasy novel.....and people say that the work of Zecharia Sitchin sounds like science fiction, try reading Revelations
here we see things that through modern eyes appear to be monitors and screens, Control panels....basically the accouterments of a stereotypical spaceship...including the obligatory "alien" creatures
the Seals
the seals have been open for A LONG TIME....honestly, IMO...the seals were opened as soon as mankind was taught(not from creation, for we were truly innocent and just did what we were told)
after we were taught and used for THEIR wars, this is when the seals were opened. Think of the seals like that mythological Pandora's box, all the "evils" of the world were released and knownfrom that point on

The Trumpets!
here is where we really can see things happening....in the right modern day interpretations
First, trumpet....NOT A SOUND! We won't hear an actual trumpet sound....actually, I should say WE DIDN'T hear a sound
to trumpet...proclaim widely or loudly. "the press trumpeted another defeat for the government"
" A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up."

that was the first trumpet
the second and the third are kinda mixed together....having to do with something happening to a "third of the waters"
a Third of the world ocean is the Pacific Ocean

and then there is Wormwood.....
"10 The third angel sounded his trumpet, and a great star, blazing like a torch, fell from the sky on a third of the rivers and on the springs of water the name of the star is Wormwood."
ok....how can a "star" fall on a third of the rivers? wouldn't that also be on a third of the lands? and the rivers are all spread out, in order to fall on a third of them, Wormwood would have to be so big that it would destroy Earth in the process....but what if........

Before we go any further, we need to ask a few questions....what span of time between the trumpets was there(is any)? and are we sure that the order that events happened are accurate?
for the next trumpet could be interpreted as to already have happened...or might be about to

is this talking about eclipses? the tetrad maybe?

there is much belief that the Yellowstone caldera is due to erupt....soon, and if this happens, the US will be covered in an ashcloud that could send us into a mini ice age
the sun, sky, stars WOULD be blocked out for roughly a third of the world
The Fifth Trumpet
I have a blog post on a part of this....Abaddon. And if Abaddon is mistranslated/misheard by John, then that means the "locusts" are the terrorists of ISIS
now ISIS has killed, but when we read the passage....
"5 They were not allowed to kill them but only to torture them for five months. And the agony they suffered was like that of the sting of a scorpion when it strikes."
was it really "torture"? or was it "terrorize"? And it said for 5 months....basically a short time. For a long time all we heard about was ISIS this and ISIS that....but now.....not too much

the heraldry of a knight/soldier would have been prominently displayed....to keep friendly fire down
the nationality that uses the colors red/blue/yellow-yellow/blue/red(depending on how one reads...left to right or right to left)
is Venezuela
the Venezuelan citizens have had weapons supplied by China....these weapons include firebombs, smoke grenades and tear gas....fire, smoke and sulfur
