FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT THINK FACEBOOK IS JUST SOCIAL MEDIA:

In lawsuits made public Tuesday, September 21, 2021 two groups of Facebook shareholders claimed that members of Facebook’s board allowed the company to overpay on its trust violations fine in order to protect Mark Zuckerberg, the company’s founder and largest shareholder. The complaints, which cite internal discussions among Facebook’s board members and consulting attorneys, were filed in Delaware Court of Chancery (The Court of Chancery has jurisdiction to hear and determine all matters and causes in equity), last month, alledging the following fraudulent, deceptive, and unfair business practices:

In February 2019, the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) sent Facebook’s lawyers a draft complaint that named both the company and Zuckerberg personally as a defendant, the shareholders said. The FTC also said in court that Facebook’s fine would have been closer to $106 million, but after the election, the company agreed to pay a $5 billion penalty to avoid having Zuckerberg or Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg deposed and any liability for the CEO, the suit alleged.

“The Board has never provided a serious check on Zuckerberg’s unfettered authority,” one set of shareholders said. “Instead, it has enabled him, defended him, and paid billions of dollars from Facebook’s corporate coffers to make his problems go away.”Facebook conditioned its $5 billion payment to the Federal Trade Commission to resolve the Cambridge Analytica data leak probe on the agency dropping plans to sue Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg individually, shareholders allege in a lawsuit.

They also alleged that Zuckerberg and Sandberg both declined to be interviewed by PricewaterhouseCoopers, the firm hired to audit Facebook’s privacy compliance as part of a 2012 settlement with the FTC, allowed other managers to provide untrue statements about the company’s practices and never provided the board with copies of PwC’s audits (PwC is the world's largest consultant and audit firm assuring security, trade compliances and tax assessments). The accounting firm concluded that Facebook didn’t have enough controls in place to protect user data, the second suit alleged, and “that Facebook’s privacy controls were not operating with sufficient effectiveness to provide reasonable assurance to protect the privacy of covered information.”

In short, Facebook has been selling off your personaly information for years and is censoring the content from its users to cover it all up. Facebook also used its misinformation campaign against President Trump and censored all posts regarding Hunter Biden and then Vice President Biden's 2014 self-admitted quid pro quo to get the Ukraine prosecutor fired that was investigating Biden's involvement in the Burisma Energy Corporation scandals; all to assure Biden's win in the 2020 Election. When Biden won, Facebook moved right into the President Elect's transitional team and hand picked key members of the Biden Administration.

Zuckerberg's first pick was appointing Jessica Hertz as the White House Staff Secretary. Hertz until this year was a lawyer focused on regulatory affairs in Facebook’s DC office and also played a part in "paying off the FTC". As President Biden's staff secretary, Herts has a quietly powerful White House role that determines, for instance, what paperwork the president sees. Louisa Terrell took the position of director of legislative affairs. As Biden’s congressional fixer and legislative guide Ms. Terrel controls all legislative contact with Congress including any and all content sent to the House and Senate to be written into law and all Presidential Executive Orders. Ms Terrell was a senior director for federal policy and director of public policy at Facebook and stays in regular contact with Zuckerberg. Make no mistake about it, Zuckerberg is in complete control of the Biden Administration.

There has been alot of speculation about who is really the President of the United States. It does not take a genious to see that it is not Joe Biden making the calls. There is no doubt that Zuckerberg has as much or more influence over White House decisions than any other of Joe Biden's puppet masters. Do you really want Facebook, who has sold off your personal information, to be the President of the United States?
