 |             marl0we: Moreton bay bugs with beer batter chips and salad 7 years ago • Report 0 marl0we: not clam at all... here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thenus much more like prawn/lobster/crayfish etc marl0we: the little guy on the top right plate on wiki is exactly how i got these.. split off the head, all the meat is the tail... halve the tail, and fry facedown on a bbq or in a frypan. thats the tail halves (in shell) in my pic, basted in italian parsley from my garden, garlic, butter and a splash of lime juice (didnt have lemon). i had 4 halves but only put on 2 so it wouldnt fall off  some bacon cubes, chilli flakes and a few dots of mayo and bam theres a tasty dinner right there. |
