marl0we: i am still refining my laksa. making less mistakes, but still. this is where i am at now
(prawn, chicken and fried tofu hiding under zucchini batons, beansprout, crispy shallots. a mix of egg and rice noodle at the bottom and i have boosted the seafood flavours a bit with some xo sauce, probably a nono but hey. it tastes awesome

marl0we: oh i forgot, kaffir lime leaves, red capsicum/bell pepper and a bit of hot chilli in there too ... skip that bit if its a problem for you
i forgot to put in fish sauce but i spose the xo is compensating nicely
