marl0we: i think i may have done a bit over on the chook and i need a blender to do the crumb finer. and soak the cauli in the butter a bit i think but it tastes amazing marl0we: it actually isnt burnt; the oil paprika and herbs id put on it went really dark no burny taste at all, and the chook was nice and moist not dry and dessicated lol it was a first go so i was still learning timings etc but i can see me doing this one again for sure |
