Work Ethics, pressures for not enough employees for work loads, lay offs, and incompetent laziness

AretoNyx: There has been so many lay offs before holidays like Christmas and the boss on the news saying things like " there is openings in work force that want such skilled labor" for families going paycheck to paycheck.
Not going to have politics of left and right of any government here including changing child labor laws or legalized human trafficking ...just going on individual behavior as a norm per generation of work ethic learned in wanting to actually work and companies of any sort how workers are treated in any form.
Some parents spoil or neglect children where kids are clueless or struggle having to grow up, but often pressures of adulting can be difficult at any age of any circumstances. Besides people not affording daycare and having health issues where one can not do any job...why is it difficult for companies to have enough employees with good work ethics? Some jobs have required age limit understandably, but with some jobs passing a test in skilled labor with abiding laws should be enough for those in consent as a worker.

It feels like many kids today are very clueless on work ethics as a team or could care less more than before. Many youth and older folk that work hard already have too double time with such people with poor work ethics or way of lacking team work. Is there a better way companies can teach such kids better work ethics besides laughable training videos that really are not that helpful?
