How can wire be improved G LongfellaWasRobbed: Last night someone gifted me the largest credit package. I was very shocked and disappointed the credits didn't even last two hours. I don't expect to hit a jackpot all the time but at least give a little bit back to be able to keep playing. The payouts on the games are appalling. In my opinion the credits are overpriced. Customer support here is non-existent. I have had issues and contacted more than one mod and they all said I needed to contact admin. I sent numerous emails to admin and not one of them has been responded to. Thanks to our automated, adaptive moderation and reputation management system we are able to run a site as large as Wireclub with a very small core team. We firmly believe that work that can be automated should not be done by a human That was taken from their wireclub team page. Obviously they do not have enough staff to be able to answer and help people when they have issues. I have talked with many people who have also not received any responses. The site is full of numerous glitches that cause various issues. As a business one of their top priority should be the ability for the customer to be able to purchase their product. One such glitch prevents users from buying credits saying they have purchased the maximum amount allowed for the day even though they have not purchased any credits. For whatever reason it is blatantly obvious that certain users are favored over others. I can yet to find any benefit from a business standpoint that makes sense as to why some users are favored over others. I can't tell you how many times I was doing well playing a particular game and as soon as one of the favored users started playing all my wins went to them. It is extremely frustrating and makes one feel like someone's money is better than theirs. These are just some of the issues that if we're corrected would vastly improve this site. Feel free to add any that you feel would improve the site. I highly doubt anything will change because it seems like management doesn't care. INNOCENT JAGS:  very well put..i agree definitely need more mods that can help with issues {Jags for mod} .i don't get why so many glitches and them being reported but nothing done about it {not good}. Credits really do not last long and are way overpriced, every once in a while a little extra wouldn't hurt {more discounts or lower the price} and the daily bonus is a joke u get 3 bingo tickets, 16 poker chips or 5 slot spins. {That is pathetic.} ..This site is ok it passes time while bored but it could be way better. A lot of changes need to be made. People's happiness is what is most important so do what makes you the happiest. I figure I don't have the right to complain if I don't at least try to bring issues to their attention. I think it is completely and utterly sad that they take no pride in their business whatsoever. Kiss__: I stick to a budget once that gone i not buy no more i not go over my budget.. To me it not all bout playing bingo i like go in room spend time with my friends and little fun and chat... Think it good not to take the game too serious.. Just enjoy your time with your friends... I agree we shouldn't take these games so serious but when you get next to no value out of your spending here it gets frustrating. It would be nice knowing a place where we spend quite a bit of money actually appreciates and cares about their customers and the issues they have. Kiss__: Yes i agree with you i use to spend lots but got nothing back for it... I always been Gold and it annoys me when Gold members buy and hardly win anything... I wasn't necessarily talking about jackpots it would be nice just to win enough to be able to continue playing instead of taking everything in a short amount of time. This site used to be ok, actually used to get value for $200, now it doesn't last 2 hours in any games room which is why people left this site for other games sites which offer better value for money. We brought this topic up before lol mods deleted it on us and even suspended one member for voicing our opinions and told us "we were imagining that wire cut payouts in rooms" . I say get fucked wireclub. Over the last 4 days I have fed wireslots approx 150k and you wouldn't even give me a jp, il be damned if il purchase anymore.
