what does error code 31 mean?

Kimber: The error means the account no longer exists. He either deleted it or it was deleted by a site mod.

DangerousCurvesAhead: He was just chatting and was booted out. Very odd.

Kimber: You can reach out to a mod. But it is my experience that no one ever gets their account deleted for no reason. Maybe what was happening wasn't something that was visible. But if it was deleted by accident which is rare....he will be able to make a new account. Check the mod page to see which mods are currently on. Be patient as their response likely won't be immediate.
