To note: the room you were ‘Kicked’ from is a member-created room. Who kicked you was a Host of that room and not an actual Moderator.

Kicked - removed from a member room.

Suspended - suspended from room and forum access.

Banned - account deleted by Admin

Host - a member of a room promoted to ‘kick’ people out.

Moderator - a Wireclub appointed voluntary staff that moderates the entirety of Wireclub. (Link: https://www.wireclub.com/about/team )

jmanes7: I tried emailing Ruby 3 times in the past month but I haven’t had a reply back from her. Does she ever respond? Does anyone else have this issue?
