A friend is blocked...and has no idea why...can you help? MaxRS: southern farm boy is a long time member. Suddenly, he can enter a chat but is unable to type, message, or respond in any manner. Also, when I type his name under 'find people' it says user not found and yet he's on line. Any help would be appreciated. Also, although at times Wireclub moderators appear to be online to help members, they fail to respond to members who require assistance. Automation works well, but obviously has it's limitations. MaxRS: UPDATE, This is nuts, he started an entirely new account, worked for 2 days, now has the same issue. He can enter chats and shows as being in the room, but nothing he types shows up so he can't respond or communicate. The only way he has to communicate is to send and receive messages. It's a damn shame that Wire administration simply doesn't care. MaxRS: Omega, clearing his cache and then creating a new account seemed to solve the problem , as he's back in business. Ive sent msgs to TWO different Wire Admins and still have gotten no reply. Apparently wire doesnt care. So much for Wire Admins huh. smh MaxRS: Actually, Wireclub is basically fully automated and only has a few full time employees. All wireclub moderators are volunteers and it's doubtful they have the expertise, skills, or training to accomplish anything other than monitoring or enforcing wireclub rules. lovechild5660: I was told Admins were there to answer questions. While it showed them as offline, I still left a msg, for each, and have yet to hear anything. My friend doesnt know IF hes banned, blocked etc. So, I offered to help, but am getting nowhere. I gave friend the advice you got from Omega Silence, but have yet to hear back. I know he'd said he'd tried to log on to some UK site and it mentioned a VPN....so I really dont know. But one would think if people are Admins, theyd be able to at least find an answer for people? And Idk where else to turn for whats going on. I contacted 2 different Wire Admins and to this day Ive gotten no reply. My friend thot he was banned, he'd mentioned a VPN within the UK, then suddenly he was able to come online. He did say the other day that his original SN had been deleted. I assume by Wire since he said HE did not delete it. I'd keep askin whoever you can and hopefully you'll get an answer. In the meantime, maybe ur friend can do a new SN and get back online. Then maybe yall can get some answers. Good Luck!
