A friend of mine got banned

MNCDevil: A friend got banned, apparently after some pictures she posted got reported. She'd like to get her account back and has been emailing the help address on the Contact Us page, with no answer. What can she do?

MNCDevil: RUBY: she has been trying. It keeps telling her she can't. Even if she uses a different email and tries on a different browser.

RUBY: please send me your friends's name of the account she had in my mail box and we'll see what the problem is
