A feature request for creating links from URLs

Geoff: Might I ask that another domain is added to the list of URLs that are automatically converted into links by Wireclub. I know that Twitter and Wikipedia (among others) links are recognised as "safe" by Wire's scripts, could you include Medium to that list, please.

Medium is a popular blogging platform which has as tight a control over the content submitted to it as either Twitter or Wikipedia, and it would be nice to have Wireclub recognised as the source when one is reviewing the referrers to an article.

Xanthopan: Links from there are fine, not you're still allowed to use links even though they may not be hyperlinked by Wireclub. as long as they're safe links and don't have harmful or adult content in them.
Medium isn't a wide used platform by users and not many links would be posted, so it's not included as of yet. Future hyperlinks might get included, will pass it along.

Geoff: There is a difference between a URL and a link.

Xanthopan: True, but links are easier and saver to allow then URL's.

Geoff: I am well aware of that. Hence my request.

This request was aimed more that the people who make the website... in ASP... ick... than the people who moderate it. If it was to mods, I'd PM Ruby, or Darth, or Corwin.
