Attach sound affects to pictures

Red Dragon 56: OK This may be way out there and maybe no possible but---Is there any way I can attach a sound affect file to a picture in my album. I have set up a list of You Tube. sound affects but the only way I can do it with a picture is to copy and paste the pic.(of Corse it just the camera in the room ) and then copy and paste the URL of the You Tube sound affect into the room. Ex. Picture red dragon 56's Picture Is there any way to do it so at least the sound effect is attached to the picture? I would love to be able to drop a picture that shows without having to open it with a sound affect when you hover over it but I know I'm asking to much. Can anyone help? Thanks, Red Dragon
