User generated room rules Owen: USER ROOM RULES - BRIEF. Yes, it is true that user rooms (rating dependent) may be exempt from a few, to quite a few website rules. However, they are not immune from moderation from website staff members at all. G Rated Rooms Almost all the Wireclub rules will remain in effect in G rated rooms. Language, trolling users, bad links, inappropriate behavior. Everything may be moderated. Pretty much do your best to abide by the website rules while within these user created rooms. PG Rated Rooms These rooms, are more or less a G rated room, with a mature age setting. PG rooms don't allow minors to enter them and thus, its content within may be a little different, may contain some language or other oddities. Again, do your best to follow the website rules and terms of service. Owen: R Rated Rooms Please don't see the "R" rating setting as a pass to do as you like. Language, sexual innuendos and among other things are often a large part to these chat rooms chatter amongst users, however, it cannot get out of hand. This is *not* a free pass to: Attack/bully (or troll) other users Attack/bully (or troll) staff members Post inappropriate links (including, but not limited to; pornography, viral links, blood/gore, vocaroos) Post personal information (such as skype, email, addresses, phone numbers) Misrepresentation - gender, age, or trying to impersonate somebody else Attempt to circumvent any of Wireclubs security features and/or access other members private information Create sex rooms, or use the room to engage in cyber-sexual activities (stick to PM please) Evading the chatroom owners block or suspension to enter the room Spamming or flooding the chatrooms Soliciting - don't try to sell things anywhere on wireclub in any way Racism, prejudice, sexism, or homophobia will not be tolerated anywhere on the website. Being too excessive with profanity can result in moderation In terms of Wireclub Staff moderation, we are (generally) a lot more lenient in these rooms. But if we do ask, or warn you not to do something, you should heed the request. Users should also bare in mind that "taking over a room", as in, being granted a host status and using it to kick everyone creates a moderation task we need to fix for you. Members who do this should expect consequences. (Edited by Owen) Owen: Host suspensions made without proper justification can be reversed by a moderator upon a chat room founders request, it is recommended that the founder then discusses with the responsible host the issue and resolve it to prevent it happening in the future. Should the matter continue to repeat, de-hosting the responsible host should be your first thing to try, however, staff moderation may happen with or without warning. Teen rooms: Teen rooms can only be owned by a teenager, ran by a teenager and can only have teenagers in the chat room. Accounts marked as under 18 are able to create and enter these rooms. It is the hosts responsibility to keep these rooms a minimal security risk and thus should remove anybody over the age limit. Any minors having stalkerish issues with older users should contact a staff member. Likewise, a teenager cannot create a chat room intended for adult use. They can create different rooms, but it needs to be very G rated, in a nutshell. It is this way to help protect minors. Owen: Chat room names:

Chat rooms cant be created if they (directly) imply or have intent to; * Sex/sexual rooms * Instant messenger rooms ("add me on skype", for example, always reserve that info for PM) * Fight rooms * Rooms which is selling/soliciting something * Drug or other illegal substance rooms * Chat room names with language, trolling & inappropriate descriptions * Chat room names or descriptions intended to bully other members or staff * Chat room names with obscene topics including (but not limited to); pedophilia, racism, homophobic rooms, attack rooms. Moderators may (or may not) warn you before applying any sort of action in user generated rooms. Any website staff moderation done in user-created chat rooms is to their discretion. It does not make your room unmoderated.  calybonos: Being an old saying to describe a beautiful and curvaceous woman, or a very strong and well-built person..... Would a room designed for good looking people called "The Brick Shithouse" be acceptable?  Nikki Mirage: What cause would there be to suspend an entire room? Including people that have been years and never been suspended nor ever did anything wrong? One person that was suspended is STILL suspended 3 days later and she did absolutely nothing wrong and never has. FigmentOfUrCreation is still suspended and we were never given an explanation as to why ANY of us were suspended. We do have a right to ask correct? Nikki Mirage: The owner was suspended too!
