A Private Forum Page For MODS? The Brat: With increasing numbers of bans it is hard, for me & my MODS to keep track of who is to be banned. I have a 3 strike rule before a final banned is issued. Is there a way that my MODS & myself can post names that only we can see? Invite rooms are short term, the writing doesnt last more than a day ... any suggestions?  TuLiPz P: sounds like option to be created in profile, like who can see pictures or blog, like a 'blog' only for invites to read  h0nd0: you can blog their names and profiles by just copying their personal address if they dont delete their accounts.. and keep your blog private until you need to pass on that information.. or just .. pay coins to the banned to never come back.. We have a 3 Strikes Policy ... wont get much coins that way TuLiPz P: i need credits for getting wire gold to play wordy game, if i stay away from your room for 2 days, would that be a deal???? lol Robot Seb: We used to have clubs which I always recommended to users with this type of idea in which a chatroom was more than just a chatroom as it had structure in order to run smoothly. Although clubs are no longer available, I do highly encourage some sort of group to be created such as a public room that you have open to everyone and a private room for your mods and you to discuss things Brat. If you'd like to create a record of events it's better to keep that non-public so it doesn't generate conflict. The best rooms are always the ones that handle issues with diplomacy and discretion.  The Brat: I thank you for the input but that is my intention to keep it private. I thought the title explained that "A Private Forum Page For MODS?" The Brat: It sounds like a solid idea ... Ive only been here since Nov/Dec? So before my time I guess. Robot Seb: Clubs weren't used as much is why although I did see the usefulness of having them, one of which was exactly as you mentioned in a private support page for your chatroom. What I'd suggest is having 1 or 2 other "Main Host" users that basically are sharing the duties and decisions you carry as the host. From there you guys can have private messages amongst each other with all those details. Then you could have a group of mods say 5 or 6 minimum as that's how many people it takes to run a chatroom open all day and people could come and go while there's always someone looking after the room. I've helped tons of places and friends set up their chats as well so I know what works and what doesn't. You're definitely on the right track.  The Brat: I have a lot of good people helping. The WC Mods have been helpful, especially Canadian Wolf. Its nice to see people have fun, where else can you reach around the world and meet people?  Kimmielouwho: This is what Dottie set our skype up to do.. but it is difficult to keep up with lists and things via skype. A blog sight maybe .. but it would be easier to keep up with it on here.
