MichaeI: Probably not a bad idea to run an anti-virus program if someone is having problems. Check for spyware and all that jazz.

Robot Seb: We have a thread on safety tips and security awareness. Section 10 also has the antivirus / firewall software recommended which is safe to use and also free. The safety of all our members is very important to us.

narinemaylene: i get disconnected every second and cant ever enter any room what is the problem

imfreisback: narinemaylene what browser are you using wire club works best with either mozilla firefox or google chrome

gudduawsome: i am not able to pm to anybody.its not going blue. dont know if my friends are seeing my messages.its happening from few days.

log out completely and log back in...see if that works

Nairi: thats the thing i have done that a few times and i try joing my friends tell me im in there but its giving me a message saying "There was a problem submitting your request - we will try and fix this as soon as possible." its been doing this since yesterday

RUBY: have you tried with dif browser?

Nairi: no cause all i use is chrome. i will try with another one

Nairi: ok it works with a different browser. how can I fix chrome to get it to do it

RUBY: sometimes chrome does that
it happens to me using same programs and having to switch to a dif browser than after awhile works again
so keep trying
