Unless you are overclocking the processors or have bought dodgy (probably knock-off) hardware in the first place (and if you are willing to fork out the extortionate amount Apple charge I doubt this), the worst you can do is bugger up the OS. Fixing this won't take more than an hour (basically by restoring it to factory default).  Lostconfession: lol, Kill A pc... The OS can crash if you dont know what your doing. And if you buy an apple then it shouldnt take you long to kill that either. Ive seen people mess things complete up on thier PC and blame MS on making a crappy computer then get an apple keep years but have to take to apple on a regular base's to maintain or repair issue on MAC. It's hilarious to watch people come up with excuse's after excuse's of why they fail on PC when they also fail on MAC. Like the first rule in any company that repairs PC or manufactures them. Blame the USER cause 60% of the time its user error.
01_IrishDude: IMHO the majority of Mac haters have never owned a mac. They possibly used one briefly and hated that they couldn't immediately use it. There is a reason they are used by professionals! You might not care to wonder how but its because MAC is like all other software, Though the fragmitation of data is read differently they use HFS as a sorce of sorting data while Intel uses NTFS. I used thrid party linux application to not only run MAC osx 10.6.7 snow leapard but i was able to introduce my intel HD gfx, My reltek LAN, Reltek audio AND my core 2 duo Btw yes both core working like it should having fun playing plant vs zombie. Wifi was an issue because as quoted "Mac runs a specific hardware". You should do some heavy research under "Hacintosh, Tonymacx68, Osx68, Machack and finally Everymac" Now why would a Intel do all this when he has an Intel base product? Why would he research Mac and try to make an intel product that he is so willing to through out all reasoning of MAC are better? Is what you might not be asking yourself. Simple... Thier OS is flawless... Thier Hardware are intel and people are wanker for thinking Mac is something special. Like stated before "Same spec on an ACER ieeee for $200" And yes its true, For two hundred dallor and 4hour of your life you can tooo make any Intel become a MAC and or dual boot between system. You can also take the lazy way out and research "VMware" This emulates and partition a HFS on a HDD and allows you to run MAC on Intel through Intel and visversa No I am one of the majority..But I do own a MAC, the very first mac i should point out that runs on a core 2 duo... Why do i still hate apple.... Because people are mindless, they see a trend and follow behind each other throwing out excusitis for the reason they must own a Apple. They feel like they must be individual to own such an exclusive product. The simple truth is you own an expensive everyday Intel. What makes it special is the Operaring system Which you can download in any torrent or steam. Mac owners are not cut out from the rest, If anything your a normal day person with little to very few experiance on any computer. You might have bank more then most do so you buy an expensive item, you brag about how awesome it is, Not ganna lie guys MAC os x is very clean if your done with the intel crap download MAC costumize a desktop and run it you will see what i mean. but the price vs value of the material is unbalanced and monkey with millions can spend money more wisely. I dont have MAC operating system.... I just hate APPLE period... They take unknowning and unwise people for a spin, they tell them few perks of owning a MAC airbook then they do the old car saler shuffle and like a con man sell you a prius with a smooth suspension in a audi r8 cost. Do the hard research you will see that APPLE does pull a good one over peoples eyes far to easily.
