Is played by people who are not hard enough to play full collision sports such as NFL,NRL,AFL and Rugby Union.

First. You listed leagues, not sports. Second. You gotta come better than the 'this sport is more masculine because there are a bunch of guys rubbing against each other and collisions.' Insecurities is a poor factor.

1. Football is the sport that crosses boundaries. Most countries play it. Rugby/the American take on Rugby is restricted to less countries following it and playing it.

2) Football has had the power to influence politics. It has stirred revolutions, brought people together, formed identity, open the doors for many poor/middle class people. I don't recall Rugby having that capacity.

The list can continue. Bring something better to the table, rugby isn't even an extreme or risky sport, just what? collision? So what, Football has a bit that too. Fouls happen. Two players going for the same header happens.
