ITS FOOTBALL, NOT SOCCER!!! (Page 15)
maxaman2010: How am I supposed to determine if I like or dislike something if I don't at least watch it a few times? Each defender of "soccer" makes points that are irrelevant.
You didn't state you like/disliked. I also don't care to change your mind on anything, you're not significant in any form.
From your initial post you showed ignorance about the game (not even knowing what a pitch is) and you also bashed the game you know little about.
Now you're pretending to be some victim who was just sharing 'an opinion'. Jeesh gtfo here.
If you want constant goal scoring to satisfy a short attention span, I recommend a cartoon or something else. Simple. You have no idea about the sport and you claim to have no interest in it, move along.

Skullpunt: Both because in the US do we say football while the UK uses soccer but The Giants are a football team only not one you guys think of so it confuses
The UK says Rugby while here in America football is used but it can confuse and not bad if they say soccer because that way they know about what sport they are speaking
Skullpunt: Here in CA we say soccer because of the American football that cause confusion.
Much of Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, Oceania, South Africa and even Italy call it something other than "football." The reason people all over the world call itfootball is simple — you kick the ball with your foot.
's called "soccer" in America to distinguish it from the popular America game also calledfootball. It is also called soccer in Australia & the UK
Skullpunt: They call it soccer because a lot of Americans are American football fans and when I was a teen friends of me were talking about a game when I was from yeah great match The Raiders were amazing. They looked at me like I was from another planet and said Where are you talking about I said The Raiders game was amazing and they all from no Barcelona I said oh soccer wtf but I was confused and that is why they mostly say soccer to keep people from confusion
