Wednesday Netflix is having a Wednesday Adams show soon. Instead of the shtick of them being completely different but a loving family while families where "normal" and hated each other it involved a way where wednsday is no longer different and doesnt stand out. I want to watch it soon and I do hope I'll enjoy it, but it just gives off the vibes of the addams family musical which also wasnt very good representation of wednsday. Loving families are normal? I hear that the marriage is a healthy one...though "normal"? With as weird and cooky as "normal" as it gets on the internet generally as things are today of course they wouldn't stand out. I expect some will like such and others not. Just is what it is. I do not think any of the shows and movies past the comic represent the anything the same. The first comic is the true original. Wooo you missed the point of the comics then. The point of the comics that so many other comics and tv show and humor was "i hate my husband/wife and kids" while looking like the average picket fence family. Thats explained in literally the first comic strips. What makes the addams family so funny is that ooo they are this spooky and creepy family completely different from the average family and what? they love each other! har har thats very different from media we see now. Actually no they didn't hate one another and there is so much history easily looked up. Though sure with opinions. |
