The smartest people have to be reminded that some things are just a joke and dont always have to be explained. I think their all jokes and I love love love Penny, she fits in with them sooo well in an odd way. "That's a lot of money for one color" and that suit he found had me laughing: There's another one I saw where they were exchanging some gifts and Penny gave him a napkin and he seemed entirely underwhelmed until Penny pointed out it was signed by Leonard Nemoy, but when she tells him he wiped his mouth on it, he's practically shaking and ecstatic at the possibility of having a cloned Spock! LMAO Then he doesn't know what to give her, but had a stash of possibilities stored and gives her all of them ... oh here's the clip: lois_lane: There embedded Booooo Hisssss BUT I have seen the episodes so I know what you are talking about. I LOVE that one with the napkin, it was hilarious when she said who it was from never mind when he found out about the mouth wipe, that it too funny. Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock.  RuaGearr: I love Big Bang theory! It is amazing! You have to love Sheldon and his non-sociable self! His knocks c&%~x me up! MrSteveA67: They've got a good mix of personalities on the show but the Penny/Sheldon duo is particularly excellent It was sad learning that "Sheldon" (Jim Parsons) wasn't a geek in real life!
