When a husband turns on you

ShortChick: My ex husband was a horrible man. He used to talk down to me from the start comparing me to other woman telling me this ex gf was smaller or that girl over there is a nice size. He mentally abused me telling me I nothing and would never get anywhere in my life, and that if i ever left him I would be alone for the rest of my life.

I finally got strong enough to leave him when i saw my son was old enough to pick up on how his father was treating me. With my self esteem horribly defeated i went online and was looking to meet anyone that would be interested in me. And of course i found a few guys

I am married to one of them and we have been married for 11 years. But to this day i cant get my ex husbands horrible words out of my head. I look in the mirror and see only flaws. When i eat something i hear him telling me im fat and nothing.

I dont know how to get him out of my head after 13 years
