Why do women have trouble communicating with a guy (Page 8)

Lexielex777: I don't think women do have problems communicating to guys. As the two sexes are wired differently, does this place an added responsibility on mothers of sons, to give their sons the skills to communicate to both men and women?

straywlf: It's an individual thing. You can't group people into one flawed factor. I agree men and women are different but 7 have met both that don't communicate well. As well as both that do.
I do have to say its great when you meet someone that opens up and talks plainly

Lexielex777: I like plain talk too... I think plain talk opens up dialogue perfectly... I find I can talk for hours. And that one talk leads to another nicely... if you know what I mean.

Lexielex777: my point is olderme62 that women do not have problems communicating to older men because older men usually have had practise communicating with woman so they have developed some skills. That enables women to communicate and have great dialogue with men.

Lexielex777: well I guess that is where direct talk and sharing become an important component in dialogue. I think if one is clear how they are willing to participate and what their expectations are then that could form the starting blocks of each party figuring out if participating would be relevant and then what they would require... ... for once this is disclosed, then there is something that the parties can negotiate with... maybe...
