Why are so many anti science? This includes anti GMO, anti vaccine, anti evolution, and believing in woo. Anti-gmo: That's just fear of the potential long term adverse affects that gmo crops might cause in the human body--given the increase in cancer rates in the past 50 years. Anti vaccine: The increased rate of autism in the past 30 years is the primary driver--so, is the lack of confidence in the health-theft industry. Anti-evolution: Evolution is a shite theory with no genuine sound basis---it's so obvious to any informed honest, rational, & intelligent person that it's a wonder that anyone would believe in the fairytale myth of evolution. Science Woo: aka: pseudoscience, scientific magic, etc. See the myth of evolution--it is total pseudoscientific rubbish. If you think otherwise, I suggest you show us all the compelling & convincing 'facts' that cause you to believe in such rubbish--if you can't do that rationally, then you have no sound basis to accept such theories as valid/true. But, it's far more reasonable & plausible that humans were created than it is that they mysteriously evolved from nonexistent creatures that purportedly crawled out of the ocean (i.e. the fairytale myth of evolution). That's the reason you are required to prove your beliefs (which aren't really proven/verified facts). But, of course, we both KNOW you can't prove your beliefs are true. It really isn't about it being true at all--it's really about an aversion to God & the consequence of abandoning evolution as rubbish--because you know you have nothing else to cling to. A fact is true or it is something real that exists. You can't honestly assert something is a fact unless you KNOW it is true & that requires proof. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to follow such simple logic. A belief is accepting something is true without having sufficient evidence or proof that it is true--hence, you can't honestly assert that a belief is a fact. A fact & a belief are not the same thing. If you are honest, you'd admit that what I've written IS true...but, sadly you are probably just as dishonest as AchillesSinatra--which is the fault of both of you--not me.
