Remote Viewing (Page 10) ghostgeek: No? Mmm, so where to begin? If Mars hasn't had an atmosphere that's breathable for billions of years, it seems highly unlikely that Martians were building pyramids a mere million years ago. That being the case, it seems improbable that any of these "remote viewers" actually saw anything that remotely corresponded to the truth when they focused their antennae on the planet. ghostgeek: Lori, I take it for granted that Mars is a hostile environment where nothing that could build giant pyramids would survive. Of course, if you disagree, now's the time to start presenting your evidence. GeraldtheGnome: Is there a song about that ? “Looking for Aliens in all the wrong places, looking for Aliens in too many spaces.” The truth is out there, I want to believe. I guess remote viewing group six was remote viewing Area 51. Aliens deeply probe the subjects that they encounter as well I guess. (Edited by GeraldtheGnome) ghostgeek: Most, if not all, of Mar's surface has been photographed at some level of detail but no giant pyramids seem to have turned up. Rather suggestive in my view. ghostgeek: And no face either: The "Face on Mars" has since become a pop icon. It has starred in a Hollywood film, appeared in books, magazines, radio talk shows -- even haunted grocery store checkout lines for 25 years! Some people think the Face is bona fide evidence of life on Mars -- evidence that NASA would rather hide, say conspiracy theorists. Meanwhile, defenders of the NASA budget wish there was an ancient civilization on Mars. Although few scientists believed the Face was an alien artifact, photographing Cydonia became a priority for NASA when Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) arrived at the Red Planet in Sept. 1997, eighteen long years after the Viking missions ended. "We felt this was important to taxpayers," explained Jim Garvin, chief scientist for NASA's Mars Exploration Program. "We photographed the Face as soon as we could get a good shot at it." And so on April 5, 1998, when Mars Global Surveyor flew over Cydonia for the first time, Michael Malin and his Mars Orbiter Camera (MOC) team snapped a picture ten times sharper than the original Viking photos. Thousands of anxious web surfers were waiting when the image first appeared on a JPL web site, revealing ... a natural landform. There was no alien monument after all. If I come across something on the internet, even if I think it is true, I look for every source to tell me that it is not true, then from whatever is either more likely to be true or proven to be true is what I go for. I have at times partially read something or I have only gone for what is popular or what I think is true, because of that I have buggered things up. So if you or I go for what is possible or only go for what we prefer then we are not guaranteed that we have found what is true. You still have not proven that anyone has remotely viewed anything. You don’t suffer from the Mandela effect, I mean apart from the fact that he was a communist loving terrorist, which most people don’t know, most back in 1977 thought that he died. Most people who did not listen to the full War of the World’s radio broadcast but heard what they didn’t know was a play thought that Aliens had invaded. You though go off with what the majority of conspiracy theorists think that is true and due to your confirmation bias think that they are right. Check independently who is right, do not just take what myself or anyone who thinks like you currently do tell you. At the same stage there are also some people that think that using the word and at the front of a sentence is needed and in some cases they even thinks that it improves a sentence. The opposite is true. GeraldtheGnome: I always love the collective use of the word we, we have not searched for life on Mars. Apart from that the videos was very good. John Carter is a science fiction movie, it is not a documentary and Marvin the Martian is only a cartoon and comic book character. I do though want to buy another pair of Marvin the Martian Basketball Boots. The ones I had were very cool, it wasn’t just due to the compliments, mainly by black people, by blokes mainly. No one has remotely viewed Mars and remote viewing is something that no one has proof of. (Post deleted by lori100 ) | Science Chat Room 5 People Chatting Similar Conversations |
