OCD_OCD: There could very well be an agreement between the US and Poland at a site where the US interrogated prisoners. It wouldn't surprise me at all.

There are not 800 FEMA camps to house "mind control prisoners" in the US, Duncan. There just isn't. You've already seen the doctored photos of the N. Korean prison. You have yet to explain the purpose of mind control and what these people are being brainwashed to do.

And don't tell me that they are military and are sent out as mindless zombies to ignore little girls who are jabbering at them.

These are FEMA camps in the State of California - for a complete list please refer to the list of camps page.

These camps originate from many combined lists of supposed camps from all over the Internet. For more information see the FEMA camps page.

Camps

There are a supposedly a total of 11 FEMA camps in California; in reality none of the listed locations are FEMA camps.

Actual Stats:

Military Forts: 4
Airports: 3
Prisons: 1
Former Internment Camps: 2
Nothing at all: 1

OCD_OCD: Fort Ord

Closed in 1994, this facility is now an urban warfare training center for US and foreign troops, and may have some "P.O.W. - C.I." enclosures.

Much of Fort Ord was returned to the State of California when it closed in 1994, however some if it still exists in the form of the PX, Commissary, and several other services for retirees in the area. Some parts are indeed used for urban training. There's no evidence there's a POW camp or civilian internee camp there[27].

Ft. Irwin

FEMA facility near Barstow. Base is designated inactive but has staffed camp.

Fort Irwin is a major training ground for the military, and is not designated inactive. There are no FEMA facilities there[28].

Mather AFB

Road to facility is blocked off by cement barriers and a stop sign. Sign states area is restricted; as of 1997 there were barbed wire fences pointing inward, a row of stadium lights pointed toward an empty field, etc. Black boxes on poles may have been cameras.

Some parts of the former Air Force Base remained closed, but in 1995 the airport was reopened as Sacramento Mather Airport, hence the modern lights, fences, and cameras. I couldn't find evidence that the fences faced inward, however, but a web site that claimed to have pictures of it also said that a helicopter parked at the base was evidence of global governance somehow[29].

McClellan AFB

facility capable for 30,000 - 35,000

McClellan Air Force Base was closed in 1995 and today it is an uncontrolled civil-military airfield and has both military and civilian tenants. It's referred to as McClellan Park[30]. It is also home to Aerospace Museum of California[31], it is not however home to a FEMA camp.

OCD_OCD: Norton AFB

(closed base) now staffed with UN according to some sources.

Well, "some sources" are wrong. The base was closed in 1994 and now is San Bernardino International Airport[32]. Property outside the aviation facilities was turned into various private areas, such as a distribution center for Mattel[33]. Stater Brothers Markets built a new head quarters and warehouse there. Centers for Kohl's and Pep Boys are also there[34].

Oakdale

Rex 84 camp capable of holding at least 20,000 people. 90 mi. East of San Francisco.

There are no camps in Oakdale, in fact there's almost nothing there, just a modestly sized town. Again with this "REX-84" thing, where do they get their information that REX-84 occurred in a given location, especially one that has nothing to do with the military?

Terminal Island

(Long Beach) located next to naval shipyards operated by ChiCom shipping interests. Federal prison facility located here. Possible deportation point.

Terminal Island previously was a US Navy instillation, now parts of it are industrial areas, such as oil wells, docks, storage, refining, and sewage treatment plants, the "ChiComs" (Chinese communists) are not involved as far as I can find. There is a low-security federal prison on the Island as well[35].

Tule Lake

area of "wildlife refuge", accessible by unpaved road, just inside Modoc County.

This is likely the on the list because of a Japanese Internment camp that was once there. There's nothing at all there now except a small, local tourist industry[36].

OCD_OCD: Twentynine Palms Marine Base

Twentynine Palms Marine Base - Birthplace of the infamous "Would you shoot American citizens?" Quiz. New camps being built on "back 40".

This is officially called the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center and is the largest Marine Corps base. In 2000 it became the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command, and has nothing to do with camps, despite "Camp" being in names of many Marine Corps bases[37][38].

Sacramento

Sacramento - Army Depot - No specific information at this time.

No information because there's nothing to talk about, other than it's a Army Depot that closed, eventually Packard Bell and NEC moved their operations there, but later also closed[39].

Vandenburg AFB

Rex 84 facility, located near Lompoc & Santa Maria. Internment facility is located near the oceanside, close to Space Launch Complex #6, also called "Slick Six". The launch site has had "a flawless failure record" and is rarely used.

Correctly spelled Vandenberg Air Force Base, did at one time have a German POW camp, but it no longer exists[40]. No evidence of it being a "REX-84 facility".

And are you such an un-American to not know if George Bush said use violence where it was going to be?

Are you denying the US military had special facilities at many of its Iraqi bases? And have you too confused US Interrorgation centres with FEMA camps?

Are you helping the Illumianti lorry ? Have you become confused about what really happened?

OCD_OCD: Yes, FEMA Camps for the purposes you are describing, do not exist.

If you want to call the thousands of trailers that FEMA sends to places to house people who have lost their homes due to hurricanes like Katrina, then you would be correct. FEMA sends housing and food to areas affected. These are not prisons.

Once the people of New Orleans got back on their feet and their houses were either repaired, rebuilt or they moved, those same evil FEMA trailers were sold at reduced rates for low income housing needs.

Every U.S. military base in existence has "special facilities". Those "special facilities" may house drones, special aircraft, special weapons or whatever else they want to call "special".

As far as me being confused about "what really happened". What is it that you are referring to that "really happened"?

Khaled el-MasriMain article: Khalid El-Masri
Khalid El-Masri is a German citizen who was detained, flown to Afghanistan, interrogated and allegedly tortured by the CIA for several months, and then released in remote Albania in May 2004 without having been charged with any offense. This was apparently due to a misunderstanding that arose concerning the similarity of the spelling of El-Masri's name with the spelling of suspected terrorist Khalid al-Masri. Germany had issued warrants for 13 people suspected to be involved with the abduction, but dropped them in September 2007.

On October 9, 2007, the U.S. Supreme Court declined without comment to hear an appeal of El-Masri's civil lawsuit against the United States (El-Masri v. Tenet), letting stand an earlier verdict by a federal district court judge, which was upheld by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Those courts had agreed with the government that the case could not go forward without exposing state secrets. In May 2007, Masri was committed to a psychiatric institution after he was arrested in the southern German city of Neu-Ulm on suspicion of arson. His attorney blamed his troubles on the CIA, saying the kidnapping and detention had left Masri a "psychological wreck".[28]

[edit] Imam RapitoMain article: Imam Rapito affair
The CIA abducted Hassan Mustafa Osama Nasr (also known as Abu Omar) in Milan and transferred him to Egypt, where he was allegedly tortured and abused. Hassan Nasr was released by an Egyptian court—who considered his detention "unfounded"—in February 2007 and has not been indicted for any crime in Italy. Ultimately, 26 Americans (mostly suspected CIA agents) and nine Italians were indicted. On November 4, 2009, an Italian judge convicted (in absentia) 23 of the Americans, including a U.S. Air Force (USAF) colonel. Two of the Italians were also convicted in person.

Now this is where the tripe gets downright ridiculous.

"Although not FEMA camps concentration camps in the USA began to rise after the attack on Pearl Harbor for the use of imprisoning people who have the same race as the enemies."

^^^^Now that would be danged hard to do since FEMA wasn't even around until 1979.

"This is a short introduction to the introduction of US concentration camps into the United States, I hope to go more in depth in the near future-this is just a tidbit of information to get you started . Now you read about all of these FEMA camps popping up, why? When the WW2 camps started popping up Germans were being held even though the United States had not yet declared war on Germany yet, may these FEMA camps be a sing of something to come?"

Truly, a "sing of something to come".

Here are some of those frightful FEMA camps after Hurricane Katrina.

Free housing for victims of Katrina, courtesy of the taxpayers. Was it perfect? No, but then again, they were in new units, everything was free except for their propane and they were housed. It's not like there are 20,000 new homes lying around for the displaced people of Louisiana, but I'd hardly call this a camp where they carry out brainwashing, torture and worse.
