SEEK THE LORD WHILE HE MAY BE FOUND

m_leonora1111: SEEK THE LORD WHILE HE MAY BE FOUND - THE CLOSE OF HUMAN PROBATION IS COMING!

Today is the day to seek the Lord while He may be found. We are living in serious times. The signs of the end and Christ's return are all around us and we must seek the Lord with all our heart, as a time is coming soon when the doors of mercy will close to the world and the Lord will no longer be found. Please heed the call!

Isaiah 55:6

If we are told to seek the Lord while He may be found, then what are we being told? We are being told that at some point in time, the Lord will NOT be found! Do you understand this? Do you see? A time is coming when the Lord will not be found. And that time is known as the close of human probation, when the seven last plaques begin to fall upon the world. Look:

Revelation 15:6,8; 1 Timothy 2:5

How do we obtain mercy from God at this time? We obtain mercy through faith in Jesus Christ and His mediatorial work on our behalf before God the Father in the temple in heaven. But look at what happens when it is time for the seven last plaques to be poured out. We are told in Revelation 15 that "no man can enter into the temple". No man includes every person (by faith) through Christ, and even Christ Himself, being that 'man' - our Mediator. When the plaques begin to fall, Christ leaves the temple in preparation to return for His people and bring judgment upon the world. And if you compare Revelation 16:17-20 with Revelation 6:14-17, you will see that the 7th plague is connected with the very return of Christ to earth.

Therefore Christ's intercession for man will have come to an end - before He returns!

Revelation 22:11-12

Do you see what this means? The door of mercy through the intercession of Christ will one day soon close forever! Which is why the Lord counsels us to seek Him while He may be found. As one day soon, He will NOT be found. Let me give you an illustration through a parable that Jesus taught us - the parable of the ten virgins.

Matthew 25:1-13

Oh my friends, this is such a solemn warning from our dear Saviour. Do you realize that the five foolish virgins were 'believers' in Christ? We know this because they were expecting the 'bridegroom' and called him 'Lord, Lord.' But what did they fail to do? PREPARE! They failed in filling their 'lamps' (their body temple) with the 'oil' (Holy Spirit). They continued to live for self. They continued to follow the world and trust in the teachings of men. They thought that merely being called a 'Christian' would save them. They thought that merely being a member of a church or certain denomination would save them. They looked to man, instead of Christ and they were found 'wanting'! Without oil, without the Spirit of God - without hope! And they knew not that the door of mercy and salvation was closed to them forever!

Do you see the solemn truth of this message? Jesus tells us through this parable that the door of mercy will close one day soon. And many who are so called 'believers' in Christ will be shut out of the kingdom. Why? Because they loved self, instead of denying self (Matthew 16:24) - they relied upon others, instead of relying upon Christ. They were followers of man, instead of being followers of Christ. Oh friend, please do not be a foolish virgin. Please heed the warning!

The plaques are soon to fall upon this world and human probation is soon to come to a close. But did you know who the plaques are specifically for? Most professed Christians believe the plaques are going to fall upon the wicked world in general. And yet the Bible tells us otherwise! Take a look:

Revelation 18:1-4

Who specifically are the 7 last plaques for? Babylon - the Roman Catholic Church and the fallen Protestant Churches who have held onto false teachings of Rome and united with Rome in this ecumenical movement, committed fornication with the world and it's leaders. Which is why God is calling HIS PEOPLE to come out! Yes! His people! Which shows Babylon to be the 'fallen' churches, and God is calling out His people who are still caught in these apostate churches, so that they do not receive of the plaques that are coming upon those churches.

Come out, come out! And seek the Lord with all your heart while He may be found!

So what must we do? We are told in Isaiah 55 to 'seek the Lord', to 'forsake our sinful ways and thoughts and return unto the Lord.' In Jeremiah 29:13 we are told that we will FIND the Lord when we do what? When we 'search for God with all our heart.' The first of the 'greatest' commandments tells us to 'love the Lord our God with ALL our heart, with ALL our soul, with ALL our mind.' (Luke 10:27). This means total surrender to the Lord and His ways. If we do this. If we seek the Lord with all our heart, praying, studying and seeking life through faith in Christ, then we will find Him and He will save us! Look at what God's remnant people - the wise virgins - who gain victory over this world do:

Revelation 14:1

Do you see what these do? Do they follow the world wherever it goes? No! Do they follow the churches wherever they go? No! They are not deceived by the teachings and ways of man, because they have their eyes fixed upon Christ. He is their teacher and leader.

Friends, the bridegroom is coming! And that door of mercy is soon to be closed. Please, please seek the Lord with all your heart while He may be found. Be a wise virgin and have your lamp trimmed (sin trimmed away with oil (life filled with the Spirit of Christ)a and be ready in Christ.

Revelation 15:5-8

"This point of time reached, mercy no longer pleads. The intercessions of Jesus before the throne and his invitations to sinners to come and find pardon, have ceased ... O, sinner! O, careless professor! Now is the time to prepare for this most solemn and compassionate Saviour pleads the merits of his own blood before the mercy-seat. Now he invites you to come and wash in the fountain, so freely opened, and at such a cost! But abused mercy will not long cease to plead. The time will soon come when that blood that has been slighted and trampled under foot will cease to atone for the guilty." (The Signs of the Times, June 24, 1880, p. 283)

Blackshoes: So you say!

Luke 16:31

31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

Romans 1:17- 22

17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

GeraldtheGnome: You made grammatical errors. The god that you mentioned is made up and those that you think existed back then didn't. You still won't find the name God even in the earliest parts of The Middle Ages, yet you keep using that name. It is guessed that Luke wrote this and that when in reality The Bible was compiled by the words of anonymous story tellers. Stop pretending that you are wise. The Godhead crap is a made up concept too. Nothing was created.

This is a text based site, so that means that both of us have said nothing on here. The 'Lord' will never be found because there is no one to find.

GeraldtheGnome: Truth is the truth, wisdom is what many want, like what you want and anyone can have blind faith in anything, like that of your false claim of what is true for instance. Use a space before an exclamation mark. The Lord can't be found and he never will be found, he is not around anywhere.

GeraldtheGnome: You are as wrong about that as you are leaving out spaces before exclamation marks. Blind faith is totally foolish. The Lord is made up, no one will find him because he is imaginary.

GeraldtheGnome: Blind faith is not a wise thing to choose, nor will it bring you to what is true. Use a space before the exclamation mark. The Lord is nowhere, he is not around anywhere and he never was.
