Sandwich after Service or Starvation

Metaverseguy
Metaverseguy: If you were to hear the word of God, from a rabbi, or preacher, monk, or nun, or imam with the condition that you would receive a sandwich after service (approx. 45 mins to one hour) and your food reserves were getting low, would you:

a) commit suicide
b) accept their offer
c) hunt and scavenge for food
d) starve to death

Zanjan: I've never been propositioned like that before, not even when I was starving. Any particular reason there's no E or F?

e) waive the sandwich because I'm on a formula diet.
f) show disapproval by saying "I can't be bribed".

hg1234: What kind of sandwich?

Judaism actual does include food in many of it's rituals. A hidden form of bribery?

Rabbi, Imam, no problem. Even if I'm not starving just depends on the spread they're laying out.

Preacher, monk, nun, big problem. Only if I'm starving and only if I do not have to actual participate in the service.

Zanjan: g). trade the sandwich for a private talk together after listening to the Word of God.

That would be my personal choice.

Metaverseguy: Zanjan, if you already love reading scripture then it's not much of a proposition.

Zanjan: You don't know me very well. Neither would they. I'd leave them thinking hard.

Metaverseguy: Or how about Walking Hard, like the parody of the Johnny Cash film.
