smoke4ever: Do you think its okay to not believe God?

deuce916: Who is this god fellow you speak of?

smoke4ever: Jesus Christ, the One and Only Creator of all the universe and the Savior of mankind.

deuce916: Well, that might be true but I believe it isn't.

deuce916: smoke, would you want me to go to a hell for not believing in a god?

smoke4ever: no

deuce916: Yet you believe in a god which would. You have just shown more love than the god you believe in. For that I would rather worship you than the god you believe in. But I'm not into worshipping. Well maybe I do worship some things, but I'm not sure. Yep I do.

smoke4ever: God gives everyone a free choice.
You can trust Him and have eternal life, or you can reject Him.

deuce916: And what happens if I reject him?

smoke4ever: Jesus said, "I tell you, whoever acknowledges me before men, the Son of Man will also acknowledge him before the angels of God.

But he who disowns me before men will be disowned before the angels of God."


Luke chapter 12 verses 8-9

deuce916: And then what happens?

smoke4ever: You tell me.

deuce916: Well I don't have a bible to research, that's why I'm asking you.

smoke4ever: the bible is on the internet you know.
But probably what comes next is alot of weeping and gnashing of teeth.

deuce916: I'd call that a mean god then, why would I worship something like that?

deuce916: So you're saying I have to worship it but it doesn't have to worship me. That's not fair smoke, that's not fair. Your god is unfair to say the least.

smoke4ever: so you want to be worshipped?

deuce916: Sometimes I think it would be nice, yeah. But my point is how unfair your god is.

bahcatha: unfair and not to mention a hypocrite as well.

smoke4ever: Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways acknowledge Him,
and He will make your paths straight.

Do not be wise in your own eyes;
fear the LORD and shun evil.

This will bring health to your body
and nourishment to your bones.


Proverbs chapter 3 verses 5-8
