Bin Laden's Death (Page 5) Tink: Have you gone to one of their services (yes, I know that isn't what it is called) but have you? oh_good_laughs: Tink, no. I have never been. But i have talked with many Muslims, we have discussed their faith, and many of them seem to be similar in converting strategy, atleast in my experience. harlett: those who were made differently and had lead the ancient people of this world to do terrible things to other human being and filled them with hell is all there will be for humanity were and are still a living reality and enemy of humanity... hijacked the news there be a heaven too relieve of us hell in every concievable realm where hell existed .... their time is at end is not about us .....but their were whores [MEN] who choose too try and own control and rule the world and did so threw apostating any all notions of religion so that all blame for the crimes committed in that quest be blamed on future generations for all time and needed too have created a so entangled in controversy that there never ever be way too untangle it ..... this is the work of evil dividing humaity from it's blessing and each other and ensures them of blood shedding and raging hatreds ... oh_good_laughs: They portray the Bible, the New Testament, in a supporting light of the Koran. They edify Mohammad by selective scriptures of the Bible, that i imagine they have been taught. But, familiar with the Bible, i show them versus saying 'all was finished at the cross', 'that John the Baptist is said to be the last Prophet of God', salvation, etc. And then, their strategy quickly adverts to, 'well you can't believe that, man has corrupted the message', etc.. They first start by using the Bible in their favor. But if your familiar with the Bible, and show them that it really isn't in their favor, then they will attack it, making it seem unreliable, untrue, etc. oh_good_laughs: Tink, i know there is a division in the Muslim world, that some ARE peaceful. I was only saying for the radicals, that their drive is supported by the Koran. hope_joy80: risen_sun86 Good that you read the koran.. I also recommended reading Maryam- It's about the Virgin Mary. An Nûr- about the mercy of Allah. oh_good_laughs: Hope, i don't think i want to study anymore in Islam. I've researched, and have my views, while discussions on here have clarified most of my thoughts. I believe in Christ, his sacrifice. *And others may believe what they wish. hope_joy80: Okay, just thought that might be interesting to know about Mary in the koran. I myself like Genesis I can see that it's similar to the Koran harlett: OOPs first time i disagree with .. there is always too be prophets ... at all times .....as long humanity shall live here on earth and endures those who were made differently harms and mayhem so shall there be anoited prophets....who words aren't always spoken for humanity to fully understand .......and we are told do no harm too those of tender heart ..... harlett: one of the best parables takes place in the new testament ... the setting is .. when traveling and being welcomed into a strangers home ... never mock their ceremonies .. laugh at what they are forbidden to dine on ...or try and force your faith upon .i have numbered the hairs on their head ....i knowest who has great heart for me .... i am known too translate it ..to fit many many different reasons for being tolerant ... perversity bibically speaking means too be unjust and unreasonable .. to try and take sides with one against another..... harlett: Hope_joy 80 ... if you were to ask me .. i'd say Mary was most likely a sister closer in age too her twin brothers and who she chose to live with instead of with any of her ten older brothers .... later have a wondeful mothers day .. StuckInTheSixties: I find it curious that Risen clutches tightly to the Old Testament when it comes to stories like the Creation, Noah's Ark, etc. but disavows the Old Testament when the perversions found in it are compared to those found in the Qu'ran. Have you changed your mind about the Old Testament, or are you cherry-picking the stories that you find valid, or are you just being hypocritical? oh_good_laughs: I speak of the Old Testament, in context of science, origin, etc. But my faith is centered in Christ, the New Testament. StuckInTheSixties: Gotcha. Okay, well then, if the Old Testament is credible enough for you to subscribe to those parts you do, why isn't it credible enough for you to subscribe to those parts you don't? xapim: i herd, the helocopter didnt crash until after one of the two teams, landed on the roof. as they entered a movement acrross the bed towards a scene weapon brought 3-4 shots, the 4th in the head....and reporters went biblical about it. they tried to get the truth but noone will no for sure what happend except he wasnt wanted dead or aive, he was wanted dead. | Religion Chat Room 44 People Chatting Similar Conversations |
