The Tenth Amendment reads in its entirety: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Abortion, not mentioned in the Constitution, is exactly the sort of issue that should always have stayed with the states.

In short, the Supreme Court in the 1973 Roe v. Wade case did not have the power to make up a new “right” to abortion out of thin air. This Supreme Court has corrected that egregious abuse of power.

This decision affirms that Supreme Court Justices are not “legislators in black robes”.

If the majority of women are against having an abortion, then it’ll be a non issue. So let them decide.

My wife made it clear to me that she will never have an abortion. It is something we discussed before. In Argentina she can have an abortion the choice is there but she has decided she doesn’t want it. We both agree on that.

Women are not stupid, they can make choices for or against. How can someone fear women making individual decisions but be fine with a State making a decision for the masses. It is illogical.

The entire point is: It is illogical for someone to be fine with States choosing on abortion, while at the same time be in opposition of women making that same decision themselves.

Why does this lack logic:

a) Fact: There are States which have abortion as legal and States that have it as illegal.


b) Application: Suddenly someone who is against abortion is fine with California, for example, being pro-abortion? All because it is a State. But that same person will be against Ms. Caroline from being pro-abortion? All because she is a woman.

c) Conclusion: Having it open for women to decide means those who are anti-abortion will not choose it and those who are pro-abortion may decide to utilise it.

Summary: Having abortion open across the board has the exact outcome, but on an individual scale, not a State scale. Where individual women make the same decisions on being pro/anti.
