When it is incorrect to state that the common cold is eradicated. No one in the scientist camp has made that claim. What had been explained is that the common cold is still circulating but has been low due to the precautions imposed for Covid-19 like social distancing etc. So he most likely had a common cold, can’t make a claim and boast about it without a test anyway. Another example is Brian’s statement that COVID-19 is a death sentence to everyone who gets it. Noone in the medical camp has made that claim. What has been explained is that COVID-19 has and causes complications that lead to the deaths of many. While noone guaranteed that you will die, the goal has always been to minimise the impact on healthcare systems by people who will need treatments. There are other examples, but I’ve noticed this trend of lies and fallacies. They also ignore the corrections and choose to stick with their misconceptions. It is pointless to correction someone who thinks so high of himself morally that he calls others evil, etc. It’s a pompous ‘I amsuperior’ mentally mixed with misinformation.
