I remembered US being one of the top 3 countries with the highest Covid deaths when Covid started or early days of Covid but here US was somewhere in the middle and then dropped off (because of Covid vaccination and restrictions)

Look at the first 3 countries with the highest Covid deaths, Peru being the highest toward the end of 14th October 2021
