Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden said Thursday the USMCA trade deal negotiated by President Donald Trump is better than NAFTA, a deal Biden voted for.

“It is better than NAFTA ,” Biden told CNN’s Jake Tapper.


Biden was hit during the Democratic primary for supporting NAFTA but insisted his vote wasn’t a mistake. Thursday he claimed to have opposed NAFTA after he voted for it and told Tapper he would not give Trump credit for renegotiating it even though the Obama administration failed to do so.

Trump signed the USMCA trade deal into law in January in the midst of his Senate impeachment trial. He had repeatedly criticized NAFTA during his campaign and promised to renegotiate the trade deal as president.

The USMCA created new labor and environmental standards for the United States, Mexico, and Canada regarding farmers’ access to North American markets and a requirement that car manufacturers use more parts that are made in North America. Trump was able to win support for the deal from Democratic lawmakers and labor unions.

We have new information to report in the George Floyd case in Minneapolis. We don’t have this info because the media suddenly did its job to try to help the country quell the ongoing riots. We only know it because it was entered as evidence in the murder trial of former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin, who would understandably prefer not to spend the rest of his life in prison over George Floyd.

Keith Ellison and the garbage media have been slow-walking any information about Chauvin’s trial, because otherwise everyone might realize that the entire summer of Black Lives Matter riots have been an utterly pointless election-year stunt. How many small businesses do you suppose were destroyed between George Floyd’s death over Memorial Day weekend, and the day when someone in the Minnesota AG’s office finally leaked the police bodycam videos in frustration with Ellison in August?

We’ve written extensively about the George Floyd case and the fact that his death was most likely his own fault. Floyd took a dose of Fentanyl and other drugs that was about three times the fatal limit for a normal person. He was screaming that he couldn’t breathe while the police were not touching him at all. He was exhibiting all of the symptoms of a case of excitable delirium, a medical condition which hard drug addicts enter into as their heart is in the process of failing.

Keith Ellison waited weeks before even releasing the toxicology report that showed that George Floyd had a huge amount of drugs in his system. Wouldn’t it have been nice for the country to know that on the first of June?


Now Derek Chauvin’s trial has entered the evidentiary phase, and Chauvin’s attorneys have entered a fascinating item as evidence: A police incident report from when George Floyd was arrested in May of 2019, almost a year before his death to the date.

On May 6, 2019, George Floyd was in the process of selling a large amount of narcotics. When the cops approached him, guess what George Floyd did?

He shoved the drugs in his mouth and swallowed them. Police say that during that encounter with George Floyd, he used “diversionary tactics” like crying and acting irrationally. For an example of what this probably looked like, go back and watch the police bodycam footage of George Floyd’s encounter with police earlier this summer.

Floyd was then transported to Hennepin County Medical Center where he was treated by the hospital for “accidental drug ingestion.” Accidental, except for of course, the part where he swallowed the drugs intentionally. But whatever.

As he was being treated, Floyd informed the doctors saving his life in that incident that he “snorts oxycodone daily.” He told them that he had bad hypertension but wasn’t taking anything for it. George Floyd also cried a lot and told doctors he was upset because he’d been using opiates every day for the past 18 months, and now the cops were accusing him of selling drugs for some reason.

That 2019 incident sounds remarkably similar to George Floyd’s behavior in 2020, doesn’t it? We don’t know this for certain, but it sounds like he may have swallowed his drugs back on Memorial Day weekend this year when the cops came to talk to him. But instead of getting him to the hospital in time to save his life – as they did in the very similar incident in 2019 – it killed him this time. The ambulance didn’t get there in time for George Floyd this year. The second time was not a charm.

We already knew about the armed robbery that George Floyd went to prison over in the early 2000s, when he disguised himself as a utility worker and held a gun to his pregnant victim’s womb. George Floyd was a serious drug addict and he was also Trouble with a capital ‘T.’ The guy was a career criminal. Guys who “snort oxycodone daily” aren’t exactly known for holding down steady jobs, so they deal drugs, rob and steal to pay for their habit.

We’ve had nearly 600 riots in American cities this summer, supposedly over George Floyd. Liberals gave the guy three funerals. And yet our wildly incurious media continues to help Minnesota Attorney General and Antifa supporter Keith Ellison cover up the facts of this case. We’d better be prepared for more riots, because the way that Derek Chauvin’s case is going so far, the judge is likely to throw the murder charge out completely.

I’d bet dollars-to-donuts you can remember Hillary Clinton’s slogan from four years ago but can’t remember Joe Biden’s slogan today any better than he can. It’s just that boring.

And now we have Russian collusion again, possibly followed by another impeachment if Democrats control the House next year. Adam Schiff says a new “whistleblower” complaint from the Acting Under Secretary of the Department of Something-or-Other was submitted. The complaint alleges that the Department of Homeland Security suppressed information about 2020 Russian election interference; that the DHS repeated “Trump lies” about Russia not interfering in the election; and that the DHS is altering intelligence reports so that Adam Schiff can’t get to the bottom of Trump’s ongoing Russian collusion this year.

In February, Democrats in California and New York were encouraging people to go to Chinatown, and continue on with their daily lives because COVID was nothing more than the flu. Joe Biden himself told people not to panic.

President Trump drew hostile criticism for cancelling flights from China, while democrats were pushing their bogus impeachment.

Now, however, in a ridiculous turn of events, Democrats are claiming that the president’s response cost lives, and Joe Biden has attacked him for supposedly downplaying it.

This is how stupid they think Americans are.

Sean Hannity aired archival footage on Fox News of Biden speaking to supporters in Sumter, South Carolina, on Feb. 28 — one day before Biden won the state’s primary, securing his first victory in three presidential campaigns and creating a path to the nomination.

“Barack [Obama] and I, when we were — as president and vice president – we took on the virus that was threatening all of Africa and, uh, the rest of the world,” Biden said, forgetting the name of the Ebola virus. “And we set up a mechanism that worked.

“But I want to take a moment to say it’s not a time to panic about coronavirus, but coronavirus is a serious public health challenge.”

Biden would later repeat his admonishment not to “panic” about the coronavirus in a speech March 12, the day after the World Health Organization declared the virus a “pandemic.”

On that occasion, Biden also warned people not to “downplay” the virus — which is what Trump [supposedly] admitted in March to journalist Bob Woodward he had done, because he did not want to encourage panic.




Prior to late February, the Democratic candidates had largely ignored the issue. When President Trump declared a travel ban on China, Biden dismissed the measure as “hysterical xenophobia.”

Later on Hannity, Karl Rove pointed out numerous statements by Biden’s health policy advisers telling Americans not to panic, including a comment by Biden aide Ron Klein calling the coronavirus a “fear epidemic.”

Anchor Jake Tapper said, “So big, breaking news. In his upcoming book, Bob Woodward reports that President Trump understood the serious risk posed by the novel coronavirus in early February. Take a look at what the president told Woodward February 7th.”

In audio, Trump said, “You just breathe the air. That’s how it is passed. So that is a very tricky one, a very delicate one. It’s also more deadly than your, you know, even your strenuous flus. This is deadly stuff.”

Tapper said, “As you know, the president spent much of February and even March downplaying the risk of the novel coronavirus saying it would disappear saying the heat would make it go away. What is your response to this news about what he was telling Bob Woodward on February 7?”

Biden said, “Disgusting. We learn this on a day that 190,000 Americans are dead, and he knew this? I understand he had just gotten off the phone when he did the first interview with Woodward. He had just gotten off the phone with Xi Jinping, where he is praising him about transparency, and this is nothing to worry about, and this is going to go away like a miracle. What in God’s name would a man like —I don’t get it. I truly don’t get it. It’s like the way he talks about our veterans. It’s astounding to me.”

Tapper said, “The way that President Trump explains it, and he said this to Woodward on March 19 if you take a listen.”

In audio, Trump said, “I wanted to always play it down. I still like playing it down. Because I don’t want to create a panic.”

Biden said, “That’s why we have no confidence in his leadership. I mean, look, you saw what Columbia Medical School pointed out in March, had he acted one week earlier, there would be over 31,000 more people alive. Two weeks earlier would have been 50 some thousand still alive. This caused people to die. What did he do the whole time? He acknowledged that if you breathed it, it’s in the air, and he won’t put on a mask. He’s talking about it’s ridiculous to put on masks. What do you need social distancing for? Why have any of these rules? It was all about making sure the stock market didn’t come down, that his wealthy friends didn’t lose any money, and that he could say that, in fact, anything that happened had nothing to do with him. He waved a white flag. He walked away. He didn’t do a damn thing. Think about it. Think about what he did not do, and it’s almost criminal.”

Democrats probably should have clued in Joe Biden’s handlers.

Democrat leaders in Congress have been pushing for wholesale change to our election procedures due to the pandemic. They have held up COVID relief legislation to force mail-in voting and other changes, such as ballot harvesting nationwide and all kinds of money for their friends in the postal workers union.

Unfortunately for Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, their nominee just blew their case. Joe Biden, who is 77 years old, is at high risk due to his age if he caught COVID-19. If he were to catch the virus and had any number of pre-existing conditions, he could become very ill or worse.

Yet here is Joe Biden voting in person in the Delaware primary:

The reporter seems less amazed by the aging nominee voting in person than she is by the candidate’s wife’s boots. You would think she might be curious about why Biden’s party is deliberately disenfranchising people across the country if it is safe for him to cast his ballot in person. Nope. She made sure to let everyone know where to get the super cute boots. If you’re inclined.

So, if Joe Biden can take appropriate precautions and go to a polling station, why can’t the vast majority of Americans? We can assume Jill helped him wash his hands after this hazardous task. The Democrat nominee is wearing a mask, which at his age, is probably a good idea. He is also taking advantage of early voting, available nearly nationwide for weeks. Biden also went mid-morning when it is likely to be less crowded.

These steps seem like a set of recommendations that could be part of a nationwide public health campaign. Seniors are likely to be home during the day and able to vote on a flexible schedule. Encouraging them to do so would make sense. For younger, healthier individuals, there are really no barriers to voting during the voting period and wearing a mask would be a simple courtesy. In some states, it is mandatory, so the problem is solved.

Our health experts agree. Dr. Fauci, also nearly 80, says he plans to vote in-person. He notes grocery stores, Starbucks, and other outlets all manage their lines through social distancing, and polling places have the same ability. Dr. Birx echoed this sentiment:

“If you go into Starbucks in the middle of Texas and Alabama and Mississippi that have very high case rates, then I can’t say that it would be different waiting in line in the polls,” Birx said.

Of course, she cautions that masks must be worn and social distancing must be adhered to. “I know there’s a way but you really do have to pay attention,” she added.

If our health experts are saying in-person voting can be done safely and the elderly Democrat nominee can go to the polls, why exactly are Democrats insisting on mail-in voting? The answer is simple: enthusiasm. The party wants every registered voter to receive a ballot, no matter how poorly maintained the voter rolls are. They insist on ballot harvesting as well.

Ballot harvesting means anyone can collect ballots and return them to a polling place. It widens current laws that may allow relatives or other specific individuals to return ballots for an individual in some states. Many election watchers credit this process with elections that Republicans had comfortably won on election night in California that flipped to the Democrat after harvested votes were counted in 2018.

In every set of crosstabs that measures voter enthusiasm, even if Biden is ahead, a small proportion of his voters are voting for him. Instead, they are voting against President Trump. There is no modern election against an incumbent where this pattern has resulted in a win. Some pundits say hate is a motivator, but that didn’t work for Mitt Romney, John Kerry, or Walter Mondale.

All of those candidates had a similar pattern in terms of their voters voting against the incumbent. At the last measure, all three had more enthusiasm among their voters than Joe Biden does. Democrats know this. They intend to solve the problem of people not getting to the polls.

They want to ensure the polling place is brought to the voter. Then they will deploy activists to encourage people to fill out their ballots and collect them for them. They will focus on the homes and demographics they feel confident will vote for Biden. That is the best-case scenario. There is bound to be some level of fraud with ballots mailed to the wrong address and other errors.

Democrats are willing to put the integrity of our election on the line to collect more votes. Those votes may or may not be counted. Average disenfranchisement due to loss of mail-in ballots in years with much lower use of mail-in voting is approximately 20%. The disenfranchisement will allow the Democrats to challenge results if their plan doesn’t work. It is a contingency plan with a contingency plan.

If you want your vote to count, insist on in-person voting. Even Mark Zuckerberg is saying it could be days or weeks before we have a consensus result. In the current environment, this kind of delay could have tragic consequences. Americans should not let our faith in free and fair elections be co-opted.

And if Joe Biden can go to the polls, almost everyone can.

More than 200 retired senior military leaders officially endorsed Donald Trump for re-election today, citing his commitment to a “strong America” while also criticizing Joe Biden’s record during the Obama administration.

“At present, our country is now confronted with enemies here and abroad, as well as a once in a century pandemic,” the 235 retired military leaders wrote in an open letter on Monday. “As retired military officers, we believe that Donald J. Trump has been tested as few other presidents have and is the proven leader to confront these dangers.”

The letter went on to criticize Biden and the Democratic Party for proposing cuts to the military’s budget and supporting the Iran nuclear deal. The retired officials also claimed that the former vice president and his allies in Washington D.C. are opposed to border security and are antagonistic toward the police.


“It can be argued that this is the most important election since our country was founded,” the retired military officers wrote. “With the Democratic Party welcoming to socialists and Marxists, our historic way of life is at stake.”

The endorsement comes at a critical time for Trump amid backlash that he reportedly disparaged American soldiers killed in combat as “losers” and “suckers.”

The Atlantic magazine, citing unnamed sources, first reported on September 3 that Trump referred to American Marines who died in World War I as “losers” and “suckers.” The article also detailed other anecdotes of Trump making insensitive remarks about people who serve in the armed forces.

Trump has denied the report, calling it a “total lie” and a “continuation of the witch hunt” against him. But other journalists, including Fox News correspondent Jennifer Griffin, claim to have verified parts of The Atlantic’s story.


Biden, whose late son Beau Biden served in the Iraq war, called Trump’s alleged remarks “disgusting” if true. The former vice president added that the report was another affirmation that Trump is unfit to serve as commander-in-chief and that he has demonstrated over the years that he has “no sense of service.” In 2018, Trump was criticized for canceling his appearance at a 2018 ceremony at the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery in Belleau, France, because of rain.

The Atlantic report was not the first time that Trump’s been accused of making cruel comments about military members or veterans. He frequently clashed with late Republican Senator John McCain, a prison of war in the Vietnam War, calling him a “loser” and publicly attacking him even after his death.

In their endorsement on Monday, the military leaders wrote that they believe Trump is “committed to a strong America,” and as president “he will continue to secure our borders, defeat our adversaries, and restore law and order domestically.”

“Just eight months after Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter joined the board of Burisma Holdings (in April 2014), U.S. officials in Kiev developed evidence that the Ukrainian gas company may have paid a $7 million bribe to the local prosecutors investigating the firm for corruption,” according to reports.

The Obama-Biden Department of State and DOJ informed the FBI about the allegations. They did nothing. All the while Hunter Biden continued to deposit his $83K monthly payout from the board. The FBI didn’t even think enough to investigate the energy corporation or the Vice-President after Joe Biden publicly leveled threats to withhold U.S. financial support unless the Ukraine prosecutor investigating Hunter and Burisma was fired.

“I said, I’m telling you, you’re not getting the billion dollars. I said, you’re not getting the billion. I’m going to be leaving here in, I think it was about six hours. I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well, son of a bitch. He got fired,” Biden bragged on the campaign trail.

Both Joe and Hunter Biden have repeatedly gone on the record stating that neither shared information to the other about the grossly overpaid board position Hunter had gotten himself with the help of his Dad. That’s largely because FBI officials reportedly informed the White House this constituted a clear “conflict of interest.” The Bidens’ “no-collusion” claim has also been roundly proven false as photos of Joe, Hunter, and Burisma officials surfaced playing golf together.

Further demolishing the Biden fiction, one of President Trump’s lawyers laid out the framework of how Hunter landed with Burisma.

“Here’s how Hunter Biden came to join Burisma’s board in April 2014: He was brought on the board by Devon Archer, his business partner,” attorney Pamela Bondi reportedly said. “Public records show that April 16, 2014, Devin Archer meets with Vice President Biden at the White House. Just two days later on April 18, 2014, is when Hunter Biden quietly joins Burisma.”

Not only were the then-VP’s secretive dealings unethical, but Joe Biden’s coercion could prompt a criminal indictment. “Unfit” is just the tip of the spear now that the American people know about the mafia-style tactics used during the previous administration.

“Joe Biden should be very careful what he’s asking for because, you know, we can have a situation where if it should ever be President Biden, that immediately, people, right the day after he would be elected would be saying, ‘Well, we’re going to impeach him,’” Iowa Sen. Joni Ernst reportedly said.

If the tax-raising duo of Harris and Biden limp into the White House with the help of a dishonest and fawning media, the battle to redistribute American wealth will recommence.

Hold on to your wallets, folks. Kamala and Joe’s, with the full support of their tax-and-spend Democrat allies’, first order of business will be to roll back President Trump’s 2017 tax cuts. It’s a reprise of the same old sad song about how the wealthy aren’t paying their fair share.

Here’s what Kamala’s running mate Joe said on the subject: “Let me tell you why I’m going to (cancel the tax cut)” Biden said. “It’s about time they start paying a fair share of the economic responsibility we have. The very wealthy should pay a fair share — corporations should pay a fair share.”

According to Joe Biden and Democrats, who mostly haven’t had to actually work for a living, “fair share” is an exceedingly flexible notion. The numbers tell the story:

–The top 1 percent of income earners kicked in over 37.3% of all income taxes paid in 2019. Here’s an example: If 10 people went out to dinner and split the $100 check, the rich guy in the group would pay $37.30. The remaining 9 would pay about $7. Under Joe’s plan, the rich guy should, in the name of fairness, also pay the tip in full.

–And how about this sad statistic from the Tax Foundation: the bottom 50% of wage earners paid a measly 3% of all income taxes collected in 2016.

So, in the name of fairness, Joe Biden wants to restore everyone’s taxes to Obama administration levels. Never mind we suffered a prolonged recovery under Obama, spanning 8 years, because of his economic incompetence. It was the Trump tax cuts and deregulation that sent unemployment to record lows, wages to go up, and caused the stock market to soar.


And the average taxpayer, which Crazy Nancy likes to refer to as “crumb catchers,” had their tax liability lowered to 12.5%, 11.5%, and 10.96%, depending on their income.

Also, business owners can bank on paying more if Biden wins. The Trump tax bill slashed the corporate tax rate by 7% to 21%. Guess who will be billed for the extra money businesses have to pay. It will, of course, be consumers.

Democrats seem to be either ignorant or just don’t care how taxes affect the behavior of those who have to pay them. People—especially high-income earners—alter their economic behavior in terms of what they buy, whom they hire, or where they invest. That behavior often is disadvantageous to others who depend on discretionary spending that stimulates job and other economic activity.

Joe Biden likes to pose as a regular guy who just loves small business owners. His tax plan, however, is far from friendly to that sector. President Trump’s tax bill dropped capital gains business taxes from 37% to 29.6%.

Small business owners provide thousands of jobs. If Biden has his way, small business tax rates will force a new series of layoffs to kick back in and stall the economic recovery Democrats are desperate to avoid.

Joe and company have their own dopey, generic, and plagiaristic “Build Back Better” jobs and economic recovery plan. Its capstone is more money to just about everyone. And, yes, there’s that brilliant idea of promoting millions of well-paying union clean energy jobs that, if only given the chance, Joe and Barack would have brought about—except for the fact that they supervised the slowest economic recovery in the history of our nation.

The Black Lives Matter bail fund that was promoted by Democrat Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris bailed out a man who is accused of raping an 8-year-old girl.

The Minnesota Freedom Fund, which was promoted by Harris, secured the release of the alleged pedophile in July.

“Timothy Wayne Columbus, 36, faces up to 30 years in prison for allegedly sexually assaulting an eight-year-old girl in 2015, court records show. He was released from a Minneapolis jail in early July on $75,000 bail, according to jail records,” the Daily Caller reports. “One day after his release, Columbus signed a document asking the court to return any refunded bail to the MFF, indicating that the fund played a role in securing his release from jail, a court document obtained by the DCNF shows.”

The Caller also obtained a court document that provided chilling details of his assault on the child.

“Victim stated ‘Tim’ laid her on the couch and held her down as he unbuckled his pants and pulled down her pants. Victim stated he then ‘put his thing inside me,’” the statement of probable cause read.

“Victim stated ‘Tim’ told her not to tell anyone and continued to penetrate her,” the statement added.



Documents obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation also showed that the organization helped post bail in August for a man accused of assaulting a 71-year-old woman as he burglarized her home.

“One week after his release the man was found to be in violation of his bail. The Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office told the DCNF on Wednesday there is still an active felony warrant out for that man’s arrest,” the Daily Caller reports.

Additionally, they helped to bail out a violent criminal who “allegedly stomped on and robbed a victim on the streets of Minneapolis on May 25, the same day George Floyd died while in police custody.”

A tweet from Harris promoting the fund is still active on the candidate’s Twitter account.

“The MFF has struggled to spend the $35 million it received following Floyd’s death. The group revealed in early September that only about 6% of the $3,475,000 it has spent since Floyd’s death had gone to help bail out of jail people facing protest-related charges,” the Caller reports.

At least 13 Biden staffers have also donated to the shady fund.

The economic policies implemented by the Trump Administration reduced poverty rates to the lowest ever recorded before the pandemic hit. Details of this breath-taking accomplishment illustrate that President Donald Trump’s America First plan delivered color-blind benefits to people regardless of race.

“The official poverty rate in 2019 was 10.5 percent, a decrease of 1.3 percentage points from 11.8 percent in 2018. This is the fifth consecutive annual decline in the national poverty rate,” the U.S. Census Bureau reports. “Since 2014, the poverty rate has fallen 4.3 percentage points, from 14.8 percent to 10.5 percent. The 2019 poverty rate of 10.5 percent is the lowest rate observed since estimates were initially published for 1959. The number of people in poverty in 2019 was 34.0 million, 4.2 million fewer people than 2018.”

Household incomes improved across demographics such as White, Black, and Hispanic, in a proportionate fashion against inflation. Median earnings by women made gains against men by a rate of 3 percent to 2.1 percent from 2018 through 2019. Unemployment rates hovered at more than 50-year lows of 3.5 percent, with an additional 1.2 million people enjoying year-round employment. Data that distinguishes the Trump Administration’s economic policies from previous ones is that Americans who historically struggled with poverty advanced more quickly.

African-American poverty rates soared as high as 24.2 percent during the Obama-Biden years. In 2019, African-American poverty declined to 18.8 percent, the lowest rate on record. But what may be more telling about the improvement of equal opportunity is that Black poverty rates decreased by 2 percent compared to 1 percent by White Americans. Similarly, Hispanic-Americans saw a decrease of 1.8 percent.


When considered against the overall 1.3 percent decrease and 1 percent by Whites, minority Americans are making up ground due to a major shift in economic policy that focuses on good-paying jobs. Income growth for African-Americans surged by 7.9 percent and 7.1 percent for Hispanic-Americans.

“If you’re a social justice warrior and you’re looking at the data, you would have to say that the Trump years, through the beginning of the pandemic, were the sort-of best years for advances in social justice since World War II,” White House Council of Economic Advisers chairman Kevin Hassett reportedly said.

The fake news media supporting Joe Biden has quickly tried to shift the narrative away from fact-based reports about opportunity, prosperity, and economic justice. Liberals have tried to steer their information toward health care, an issue Democrats believe favors Biden. But even the biased New York Times had to confess that “census figures showed a slight increase in Americans receiving health coverage at work and a decrease in those buying their own policies, suggesting that a stronger labor market could be driving the better coverage numbers.” And government-subsidized Medicare enrollment also declined as employers competed for employees in 2019 by providing coverage and other incentives.

With poverty rates at an all-time low and incomes at their highest since the late 1960s, when adjusted for inflation, President Trump’s contention that his administration has built the country’s greatest economy is supported by facts.
