Not doing that this time which Islamic group's are the enemy . Too confusing  chronology: Guy's, the West Bank is a legal minefield in trying to decide who owns what. Jewish and Palestinian folks have done their best to resolve the legal issues, but it is a work in progress due to the complex history of the district. Think of it this way. Jordan administered the West Bank where Jerusalem is up until Israel began it's rule there. But Jordan's rule was not recognised by any country other than Great Britain and Iraq. But if you owned properties in the district presumably the record's would be in Jordan. But with the chaos of wars in the recent history presumably those record's have been lost. Families obviously insist that they have a legal claim to property. But how they can prove that in court is going to cause serious arguments. There are still legal arguments going on in Europe over who actually owns property after WW2. People can rant and rave at Israel over this and that issue in the West Bank, but actually having documented proof of ownership to settle the arguments is near impossible. Palestinians, Israel and the UN are all faced with resolving the legal claims. But don't expect this to be settled any time soon, of for Palestinians or Israelis to be satisfied with the outcome of many ownership claims. The average neighborhood lawyer in the USA always advises people before they buy land or home's etc to make sure the documents are valid that prove ownership.
