he wanted to look decent in any way he would stop what he is

No he didn't do everything perfect. But he did a lot of things right and the left will never accept that. But that's ok.

rmclark: Kitty that's fine But just remember a few things. Early on when he restricted travel to the states and quarantined those cruise ships and tried to tell states to do things he got met up with all kinds of resistance. Once its in the states the Governors there have as much control as Trump has. Do you remember some Governors telling him to get lost. and legally they could. I'll agree he shouldn't of down played it. Probably should of pushed masks. But from the very get go he was working on this thing. He got "the business" of not testing early because the way I understand it the current test kit was only 65% accurate ( I don't know that could be hogwash) but he did push for a more effective test right away. He pushed for temp hospital beds ( and still don't know why they were for the most part unused)

ANother problem is the left can say he tried to open up to early. Well he had to make decisions with the economy in mind. I'd be easy to keep everything locked if health is the only thing to worry about. But hes getting blamed for the supposedly bad economy.
If its trumps fault, why are other countries having up spikes in covid. Are other governments failing their citizens? I say that and don't really want to compare them to our because we are different than others.

rmclark: I'm not saying Trump is not at some fault here. If congress would of worked with him it would be great. But it would be a rare moment in todays politics. Look at what's going on now. Both sides want something. I wish they could get a clean covid bill thru.
To me the bigger problem isn't just Was D.C. and covid. Its Was D.C. and just about everything. This Covid will eventually go away but we will still have D.C.
