I'm not complaining about last summers riots, I didn't think that the during the riots that those cities would press charges against them when it was going on. What I am talking about is, if the Jan 6th thing was an insurrection, wouldn't they be charging people with more harsh things than trespassing, disorderly conduct ect? There was one charge of carrying a weapon and another with some other felony, I can't remember exactly what it was. Now wouldn't a reasonable person think that if there was anything close to an insurrection going on there would be more harsh charges than what has been put out? Is it possible that the attorneys know that they have no chance of winning a day in court for anything more than what they are charging people with? If one would just wait and see how these charges play out in court, we will see what it was that happened on January 6. The courts and the out comes will show by the outcomes of the cases brought out if it was an insurrection. Not coffee Joe and Nika or Lemmon and Cuomo on CNN. I think if we have 50 - 100 people convicted of Treason or something close to it Ech, I think you have a case for an insurrection. But I think you will see that there will be about 100 short of that goal. IF all that is found is a gun, and a few felonies and 600 trespassing - disorderly convictions You have nothing.
