Now I will say I was against Franken quitting over the photo Op he had where he simulated grabbing a Women breasts.

I can remember comedy on TV from decades ago where Bob Hope said to a women who was reaching into his pockets to find something, She said "I feel kind of silly" as she was in his pockets. He said "reach a little further and you will feel nuts" or close.

He did not quit being a comedian or much of anything.

So from what I have read I do not see the sexual harassment range at least IMO.

He is said to have kissed one and another he greeted her with kisses on both cheeks, he asked questions that I hear all the time when I was in business.

Not one has said he groped her or continued after she admonished him.

Was he interested in sleeping with her, yes as would most men with that line of inquiry.

Had Cuomo been married then many of those actions would be close to harassment if he did not do the same in the presence of his wife?

I have had similar events happen from women who are friendly in their greetings. They also do the same when I am with my wife.

Now days I do take pause when that happens but have never thought it harassment.

Some from Women who had power over me and Men in same position.

Also worth mentioning, Cuomo is of Italian heritage and kissing upon greeting is part of their Culture.

Its almost like a handshake between women and men and women in Italy.

I remember growing up in an Italian home and would hide when relatives came over for fear of all the kissing which at a young age was not my fave thing.
