Trump & Putin ARE of the non-academically trained "Thug Mentality" that have been defamed and smeared on lower economic and ethnic marginals, than recognizing it's been the zeitgeist of those with the "wealth of power" of impunity for all of history. Just the self-delusion of the establishment 's illusion of its immutable values and posturing of 'civil order' is the enabler of such behavior
