Boycott Social Media.

"The public should start boycotting social media companies in order to force them to act....

Chief Constable Simon Bailey, the country's leading child protection police officer, said handing out fines to tech giants, was just a "drop in the ocean", adding that damaging their brand might be the only way to get them to take notice.

Platforms that host content promoting bullying, harassment, self harm, suicide, child abuse and terrorism could face huge fines as well as senior executives being held personally responsible.

But while welcoming the proposals, Mr Bailey said he feared the suggested sanctions might still not be enough to persuade the overseas firms to act."

From the Daily Telegraph

"Overseas firms" ?..that is Wireclub.

But the UK Government is dependant on Google and the recruitment agency websites and the Fake news sites and has been so for years.

Any Take Down could come from abroad where the UK Government is fairly boycotted anyway so who is going to really do it??

I think the unsaid idea is the institutionalised bullying and hate such as the use of Cookies and other data gathering devices, they are a million times more powerful and fast then they were when people first said they should be restricted, can provide to those who want to cause harm.

If Google wanted to stop it they could have because they certainly do have the software to do so.

The reward for collecting them is to damage or disturb other people.

And there are more powerful ways of finding out private information from our computers. We were told these are secure and private but they are obviously not and all you have to do is buy the legal software to peep in to other peoples lives.

But wrong doers are not detected by the Internet spies.

You have to conclude that the wrong doers and the Internet companies are the same people.

Its a bit like buying Adolf Hitler tanks or sending him money.

I don't watch the news either,- so I can't tell yer.

You just have to be very careful which is n't Anti Social exactly but it does stop freedom to speak.

In the UK we have to pay a lot of money to get on the internet and talk to others but it is not safe or free - people with yet more money can and do buy more powerful computers to spy on others- to do them harm- and there even a service sector for these activities.

So in other words, some people are encouraged to think they are above the majority and can gain information from them in secret.
