The FBI is using voter fraud information collected by the Amistad Project, the project's director, Phillip Kline, said Monday on Newsmax TV.

Kline, who is the former attorney general of Kansas, tweeted the news on Sunday.

Appearing on "Stinchfield," Kline said the group's investigations show "what we call the blood in the street. It's after the crime is committed. And what evidence is there to show that a crime has been committed."

The FBI is looking at evidence uncovered by Amistad investigators who have crunched data from the government and reached out to actual voters to see if how they voted actually matches the government's data.

"And we've come up with tens of thousands of Republican ballots that were not counted," Kline told host Grant Stinchfield. "We've come up with hundreds of thousands of Republicans who say they never requested a ballot, but they voted absentee by somebody else. We've identified people outside of the state who voted within the state. And all of this occurred in the key swing states that we're speaking about."


Kline said all of the areas investigated "had hundreds of millions of dollars poured into their election offices by Mark Zuckerberg."

The Facebook CEO, Kline said, poured in $400 million into the election, matching the federal government expenditures, through his charities.

"They paid the election judges, they paid the people who boarded up the windows, they bought the machines and America was kicked out of the counting room, and a billionaire invited in, in all of the swing state urban core cities, and that is a violation the law."

Amistad's data show that all of these changes benefited Democratic strongholds as they were suppressing the vote in Republican strongholds, Kline said, "and then we had them sidestepping the law and accepting ballots they should not have accepted."

President Trump’s legal team attended a hearing before a joint Pennsylvania state House and Senate committee right before the Thanksgiving holiday. A lot of Republican commentators expressed dismay over this. Even though it was a great hearing, they said, it was just informational. “It didn’t accomplish anything, and woe is me!” Not so fast.

I’m pretty sure that Rudy Giuliani, the guy who sent the heads of the New York Mafia’s “Five Families” to prison for life back in the 1980s, knows what he’s doing. Plus, there’s big news coming out of the Pennsylvania legislature now as a direct result of Giuliani’s hearing.

I understand that everyone is impatient about these legal cases. Everyone wants something to happen and they want it to happen right now. Even though it feels like it’s taking “forever,” it takes time to properly build, compile, write and file a legal case. That’s part of why “Team Trump” has split itself up in different areas.

Richard Grenell is leading one group in Nevada. Sidney Powell is doing her thing in Georgia and Michigan. The Trump campaign team is in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. And so on. Giuliani’s “pointless” informational hearing in Pennsylvania was part of the strategy.


Giuliani’s PA hearing was not aimed at you or me or the voters in general. It wasn’t aimed at the Pennsylvania legislature. We all know that fraud took place. Good grief, only 3% of Trump voters believe that fraud did not take place in this election. Giuliani’s hearing was aimed at an audience of ONE PERSON. And that one person is the District Court Judge who will eventually be the first to hear his case.

That judge may or may not be a partisan hack. We won’t know until we learn who has been assigned the case. But what Giuliani has done is try the case in the court of public opinion beforehand. And Giuliani won that case.

One of the most remarkable moments in Giuliani’s “pointless” hearing came when a fraud analyst testified. He explained the various vote “spikes” that happened in favor of Joe Biden – the large dumps of miracle Biden ballots that appeared out of nowhere in the middle of the night. Approximately 570,000 votes for Joe Biden came in overnight.

Giuliani: “And how many for Trump?”

Witness: “About 3,200.”

The entire audience in the hearing room erupted in laughter at the absurdity of those figures. This is prima facie evidence of election fraud. No sane adult can look at those numbers and not laugh out loud.

The District Court Judge who eventually hears this case will not be able to shrug that off. He or she will have to realize that this will be one of the most heavily scrutinized election law cases in American history over the next ten years or so. Even if the judge is some Obama-appointed partisan hack, they’re going to have to stick to a strictly constitutional interpretation of the law. All of this works in Rudy Giuliani’s favor. He knows what he’s doing.

So, put aside all of the naysaying about this hearing. It’s part of a broader strategy and proves the seriousness of the fight to Trump’s legal team. They’re not a bunch of ambulance chasers in this for a quick payday. They’re in this to win.

Furthermore, it turns out that this was not a pointless or ineffectual hearing when it comes to the Pennsylvania legislature. After the hearing, talk in the Republican-led House and Senate in Pennsylvania has turned directly back to the Constitution. The Republicans there are now fashioning a Resolution (which won’t require Democrat Gov. Tom Wolf’s signature) that wrests constitutional power back from the PA Secretary of State on seating Electors.

Back in 1938, the Pennsylvania state legislature ceded its constitutional authority to seat electors to the Secretary of State – a partisan appointee of the Governor. If the Republican legislature reclaims its authority – as it seems to have every constitutional authority to do – they could seat Trump Electors in time to send them to the Electoral College.

In other words, the Republican legislature in Pennsylvania is convinced that their Governor and Secretary of State did not hold a free and fair election in 2020. With proven fraud right in front of them, they have a duty to step in and offer a remedy for Pennsylvania voters. That would suddenly shift 20 Electoral College votes from Joe Biden’s total to Donald Trump. Still think Rudy’s hearing was “pointless?”

The reason Trump and Co. are getting nowhere is they have nothing. There case is based on assumptions and wishful thinking that has no merit or as the Court says no standing.

When you have nothing but wishful thinking you make stuff up and hope you can find a Judge to let you go on a fishing expedition.

Everyone on the Biden legal team thought they would settle down for the Thanksgiving holiday and get a few days of R&R. Some had presumably even boarded flights. I keep picturing a Biden campaign attorney who flew from DC to California late Wednesday; after picking up his luggage in L.A., his cell phone rings and he screams, “Sidney Powell did WHAT?!” She filed the mother of all election lawsuits and she waited until late Wednesday night, thus ruining the Thanksgiving holiday for a lot of rotten people.

The most incredible revelations are hinted at on Page 9, Paragraph 14. She has an affidavit from a “white hat hacker” who works for US military intelligence. I’ll go into that in more detail in just a sec. Here are the other highlights from this deeply serious case, about which Tucker Carlson bleated that Sidney Powell had “no evidence.” None of these points are speculation. All of the data you’re about to read is signed in legal affidavits under penalty of perjury.

There was no chain-of-custody for large batches of ballots and often, no chain-of-custody on the voting machines themselves. Relevant quote from one affidavit: “We were asked to sign the chain of custody letter on Sunday (November 1), even though the machines were not delivered until 2:00 AM in the morning on Election Day.”

GOP poll watchers were kicked out of counting stations and threatened. Georgia also had unprecedented “pauses” in vote counting. All of these are illegal procedures in the State of Georgia and Powell has a ton of evidence to back these claims up.

Only 30 absentee ballot applications in the entire state were rejected for invalid signatures. Relevant quote from one affidavit: “Hancock County… rejected nine absentee ballot applications for signature mismatch. Fulton County rejected eight. No other metropolitan county in Georgia rejected even a single absentee ballot application for signature mismatch.”

You’re probably aware of most of this stuff from Sidney Powell’s media appearances and from news reports. Georgia had a lot of obviously illegal and shady things that went on in this election, as did Pennsylvania, Michigan and other states.

Here’s the part that none of us knew. All of this information comes from the affidavit from an electronic intelligence analyst from the 305th Military Intelligence Battalion. I highly recommend that you read his 14-page affidavit in full HERE to understand the scope of the election crimes that the Democrats committed against America. It contains a lot of graphs as evidence, so it’s a quick read.

Sidney Powell’s hacker provides rock-solid proof that Dominion Voting Systems is tied to a group of programmers in Serbia. The polling group Edison Research is tied directly into DVS’s network and has a direct back-and-forth link to servers in Iran. The owners of Edison Research, which is situated smack-dab in the middle of the DVS servers, also have direct access to all of this through a virtual private network located in Pakistan.

GoDaddy registered the website “dominionvotingsystems.com” to a host located in Hunan Province, China.

Serbia… Iran… Pakistan… China… Does anyone else have chills down their spine yet?

The hacker then traced Iran’s involvement in Dominion through servers in the Netherlands. He also lays out the fact that Dominion Voting Systems is using “scorecard” software as part of its methodology. Scorecard is the new name of ACORN. Remember them? Obama’s ACORN scandal was the biggest voter registration fraud in US history (until now).

All of these various foreign countries had the ability to watch the vote counting in real time and the ability to switch votes from Donald Trump’s tally to Joe Biden’s tally.

I can’t explain it any better than the Military Intelligence hacker does in his conclusion:

“This affidavit presents unambiguous evidence that Dominion Voter Systems and Edison Research have been accessible and were certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China. Ok. The left spent four years telling us that the 2016 election was stolen by the Russians and illegitimate.
