Trump’s official legal title is President Donald Trump and Biden’s official legal title is “some person who ran against Trump in the 2020 election.” You have just as much right to call yourself “President-Elect” today as Joe Biden does. The Electoral College will gather on December 14, 2020. When those folks vote, and one candidate receives 270 electoral votes, that person will then officially, legally and constitutionally bear the title of “President-Elect” until they’re sworn in on January 20.
