Brian. We have laws. There is a law for J-walking. You can be give a ticket. If you want to take it to court, you can. The prosecutor can also take action on the breaking of that law. The law is in place for a reason. It's not a recommendation. There are speeding laws. For example, if the speed limit is 75, and you are going 76, you can be ticketed. It is breaking the law.
