I don't want to come across as arrogant but because of over indulging people who bought homes they could not afford and later lost, we were able to purchase 3 homes in 2011 cash and are now looking into two more. I'm proud to say I have never used public assistance, heck my kids couldn't even get scholarships so we pay for their college. It was Brown Brothers, in conjunction with Averell Harriman, the Rockefeller family, Standard Oil, the DuPonts, the Morgans and the Fords who served as the principal funding arm in helping to finance Adolph Hitler's rise to power starting in 1923.
