R E B E C C A: what really annoys me is the way muslims want islamic human rights, islamic free speech, they want there own day "national islamic day" whatever that means?
But when it comes to the rise in anti semitic hate crimes....wouldnt you know its called "anti-semitism" as though we are all to blame its time they took responsibility for the shit they bring n stop being a burden
"the problem is mixing religion with the politics.. this is the common problem in the middle east including israel" I think u will find its impossible for anyone who is a beliver/ folllows a religion.. I never can undeerstand that,,,its like saying "dont let your beliefs determine how you will vote it doesnt make sense

yawaar: the belief system is absolute, there is no inclusiveness in belief system. the jews thinks christians and muslims are on wrong side and muslims thinks christians and jews are on wrong side. if you mix power with religion you get states like israel, saudi arabia and iran.

And as far as Jewish countries...

And Israel is the problem? Seriously? 5 Million Jews vs 2 billion Muslims in over 50 countries? And Israel is the problem?

Those that believe that need to get a reality check.

shadowline: "I'm not saying that someone said that Iran does not have right to exist. I was asking if it is anti-Semitic to say Iran does not have right to exist? Can I say Iran does not have right to exist and not called anti-Semitic?

The problem is mixing religion with the politics. This is the common problem in the Middle East including Israel. To me israel is same as Saudi Arabia in concept. Using religion to control the state."

No one uses religion to control the state in Israel. Israel is a secular, pluralist, democratic, nation. It has citizens of many religions. Baha'ism's world headquarters is there. Religion is important in Israel, but it isn't controlling anything.

I don't understand your question at all. Why on earth would it be anti-Semitic to say that IRAN has no right to exist? Iran isn't Jewish. It might be anti-Iranian to say that Iran has no right to exist, but, since no one ever says it, the point is somewhat moot.

shadowline: The Jewish population of Iran is tiny and shrinking. Most of them have long since left the country, which is just fine from the Iranian point of view. They are suspected, disliked, hard pressed, and their rights are being steadily eroded.

And who is depriving Iran of any rights? Unless you mean their right to build a nuclear weapon?
