I never suggested or have ever suggested the U.S. Government conspired against General Custer. Frankly I have no idea what happened to him. My suspicion is that neither do the U.S. Authorities. It could well be the other 7th Cavalry detachments were either in defensive groups, or had no idea where they were, so Custer would not have been missed for days. The story they tell U.S. Army Inquiry makes no sense at all. And the Indians tell dozens of stories, all contradicting each other. My own theory about why U.S. Intelligence waited over a year to 'bury' the General is that they had spent that long trying to find him across North America. Some say Custer was U.S. Intelligence and that he organised the Battle of the Bighorn myth. Organised 'what' exactly some of us say, nothing was organised, none of the U.S. Army Personell in the district could get their stories straight and the statements they gave U.S. Army Officials made no sense at all. gronchbove: Thanks, Lori.
You did a good job, laying out the case. Let me continue the thread. Some say George Bush Senior was in Texas when JFK was assassinated. Eventually, Bush became CIA director, right? If he was involved in the assassination, he could have been rewarded with the presidency years later. As I said, Americans feel that after JFK .... "something was fishy in the US government...." - Vietnam - Nixon Maybe since 1963, the CIA has been running the United States? Cruz might have been offered the presidency for his complicity, just like LBJ & Bush. lori100: yes, Cruz is definitely working for the Bushes and the CIA...there is talk if he still gets lots of votes he might get back in the race... gronchbove: Lori, my friend just asked if there was anything up.
