5 Mississippi Lawmakers Die In Months; Pro-Agenda 21 Legislator Jessica Upshaw Found Dead Of Gunshot Wound

Monday, March 25, 2013----------------5 Mississippi state lawmakers have died within the past few months, including the recent death of Jessica Upshaw who recently took a great deal of blame for not allowing a vote to kill Agenda 21 in Mississippi. Upshaw represented a district that included the coast of the Gulf of Mexico and was said to have committed suicide. Could this have something to do with the BP oil spill and all of the mysterious deaths surrounding that? I find it strange that 5 politicians from the same state have died within the last few months. What else is going on down there? Is there an ‘Agenda 21′ hit list? Are the Feds mad that she brought Agenda 21 to this level of attention? From the Daily Mail.:

Authorities in Mississippi are investigating after a state representative was found dead in a suspected suicide at the home of a former lawmaker, according to local officials. The death of Republican Rep Jessica Upshaw, 53, of the 95th District in Diamondhead, was confirmed by Simpson County Coroner Terry Tutor.

She was a Republican from Diamondhead along the state’s coast. Mendenhall (where she was found) is about 110 miles away from her hometown.

Upshaw is the fifth Mississippi lawmaker in to die in the last few months.

Joe Gardner of Batesville, died last month of a heart attack at the age of 68. Democratic Rep. David Gibbs, of West Point, died January 13.

Two Democratic state senators, Bennie Turner, of West Point, and Alice Harden, of Jackson, died in late 2012.

From Stop Agenda 21 we learn more about Jessica Upshaw.:

Representative Jessica Upshaw is a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. She currently serves as Chairman of the Conservation and Water Resources Committee.

The Anti-Agenda 21 Bill, H.B. 801, submitted by Representative Becky Currie was sent to Rep. Upshaw’s committee on February 20 and it ultimately died in that committee on March 6 with no action. The bill was submitted in response to a Resolution exposing and opposing Agenda 21 which was passed unanimously by the Republican National Committee on January 13. CLICK HERE to view the Resolution.

When asked why she stated that she would not allow the bill to get to the House floor for a vote, she simply stated that she did not feel it is the right time.

Representative Upshaw chose to make an arbitrary decision rather than reviewing the documentation presented to her and to the Conservative Coalition and in doing so, robbed our legislators of an opportunity to protect our state from the growing tentacles of Agenda 21.

chronology: Lori, the 'spike' in deaths could be due to the way the statistics are collected. There was interest back in 2009 about a little district in Wales, a tiny country next to England. Seems a bunch of computer bloggers were committing suicide after joining a Web Site or something. However folks who looked at the way the statistics were put together said there was no 'suicide cult' in the region (much to the disappointment of the tabloids who were gearing up for a sensational story). The sceptics say it was how the map districts were joined or something that made it appear to be a spike in welsh people deciding to 'off' themselves.

The MOD are just no longer able to process reports from people who have a 98pc record of reporting everything from balloons, to fireworks to busses as UFOs. Shame in a way, I knew a Guy who reckoned he had seen dozens of UFOs in his life time, he also reckons he saw the Devils face in the clouds above a town one time after his chum had read some kind of an incantation from a book. The BCCI Scandal: The Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) was a major international bank founded in 1972 by Agha Hasan Abedi, a Pakistani financier. The Bank was registered in Luxembourg. Within a decade BCCI touched its peak, it operated in 78 countries, had over 400 branches, and had assets in excess of US$ 20 billion making it the 7th largest private bank in the world by assets. In the late 1980?s BCCI became the target of a two year undercover operation conducted by the US Customs Service. This operation concluded with a fake wedding that was attended by BCCI officers and drug dealers from around the world who had established a personal friendship and working relationship with undercover Special Agent Robert Mazur. After a six month trial in Tampa, key bank officers were convicted and received lengthy prison sentences. Bank officers began cooperating with law enforcement authorities and that cooperation caused BCCI’s many crimes to be revealed. BCCI came under the scrutiny of regulatory bodies and intelligence agencies in the 1980s due to its perceived avoidance of falling under one regulatory banking authority, a fact that was later, after extensive investigations, proven to be false. BCCI became the focus of a massive regulatory battle in 1991 and was described as a “$20-billion-plus heist”. Investigators in the U.S. and the UK revealed that BCCI had been “set up deliberately to avoid centralized regulatory review, and operated extensively in bank secrecy jurisdictions. Its affairs were extraordinarily complex. Its officers were sophisticated international bankers whose apparent objective was to keep their affairs secret, to commit fraud on a massive scale, and to avoid detection.”

CIA Drug Running in LA:

Pulitzer Prize Award winning journalist Gary Webb exposed this alongside LAPD Narcotics Officer turned whislteblower and author Michael Ruppert, CIA Contract Pilot Terry Reed, and many others. In August 1996 the San Jose Mercury Newspublished Webb’s “Dark Alliance”, a 20,000 word, three-part investigative series which alleged that Nicaraguan drug traffickers had sold and distributed crack cocaine in Los Angeles during the 1980s, and that drug profits were used to fund the CIA-supported Nicaraguan Contras. Webb never asserted that the CIA directly aided drug dealers to raise money for the Contras, but he did document that the CIA was aware of the cocaine transactions and the large shipments of cocaine into the U.S. by the Contra personnel. “Dark Alliance” received national attention. At the height of the interest, the web version of it on San Jose Mercury Newswebsite received 1.3 million hits a day. According to the Columbia Journalism Review, the series became “the most talked-about piece of journalism in 1996 and arguably the most famous—some would say infamous—set of articles of the decade.”

Gulf of Tonkin Never Happened:

The Gulf of Tonkin Incident is the name given to two separate incidents involving the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and the United States in the waters of the Gulf of Tonkin. On August 2, 1964 two American destroyers engaged three North Vietnamese torpedo boats, resulting in the sinking of one of the torpedo boats. This was also the single most important reason for the escalation of the Vietnam War. After Kennedy was assassinated, the Gulf of Tonkin gave the country the sweeping support for aggressive military action against the North Vietnamese. The outcome of the incident was the passage by Congress of the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution, which granted President Lyndon B. Johnson the authority to assist any Southeast Asian country whose government was considered to be jeopardized by “communist aggression”. In 2005, an internal National Security Agency historical study was declassified; it concluded that USS Maddox had engaged the North Vietnamese on August 2, but that there may not have been any North Vietnamese vessels present during the engagement of August 4. The report stated “It is not simply that there is a different story as to what happened; it is that no attack happened that night…” In truth, Hanoi’s navy was engaged in nothing that night but the salvage of two of the boats damaged on August 2. In 1965, President Johnson commented privately: “For all I know, our Navy was shooting at whales out there.” In 1981, Captain Herrick and journalist Robert Scheer re-examined Herrick’s ship’s log and determined that the first torpedo report from August 4, which Herrick had maintained had occurred—the “apparent ambush”—was in fact unfounded. In 1995, retired Vietnamese Defense Minister Vo Nguyen Giap, meeting with former Secretary of Defense McNamara, categorically denied that Vietnamese gunboats had attacked American destroyers on August 4, while admitting to the attack on August 2. In the Fall of 1999, retired senior CIA engineering executive S. Eugene Poteat wrote that he was asked in early August 1964 to determine if the radar operator’s report showed a real torpedo boat attack or an imagined one. In October, 2005 the New York Times reported that Robert J. Hanyok, a historian for the U.S. National Security Agency, had concluded that the NSA deliberately distorted the intelligence reports that it had passed on to policy-makers regarding the August 4, 1964 incident. He concluded that the motive was not political but was probably to cover up honest intelligence errors.

The Gulf of Tonkin Incident 'did' happen, the North Vietnamese give the date as two days before the U.S. Navy Guys, and they also give differing details, they claim to have 'engaged' heroically the American Navy. The U.S. Navy Guys say the incident happened two days later than North Vietnamese and was more of a 'hit and run' attack. Because the incident was obscure to outsiders, people formed the impression it never happened.

A little contradiction with your usual beating up of the CIA. You Header reads; 'CIA Drug Running in LA'. You later add 'the CIA was not involved but was aware of the alleged Drug smuggling'. But Lori dear girl, we are now used to your style of Posting; 'any accusation against the CIA does not have to be true to be made by Lori'.

The US policy against the Middle East was not as it appeared in the 1980s and 90s because they had failed to supply the people they had chosen to arm.

The USA purchased at least three big cargo ships full of Russian arms from the factory in Hungery and luckly for the world they sank before reaching their destinations.

With that in mind what do you think the real story of the WMD and Gulf war is??

chronology: Lori dear, you believe because you want to believe anything bad about the CIA. 'Accusations do not need truth for an ally'. There is also the old American political habit of 'throw enough muck at some one and some of it will stick'. When I was young I used to read a lot of this conspiracy nonsense until I began to notice that every person making accusations against the CIA etc had some kind of grudge or agenda long before they made the accusations. I also noticed that their 'facts' were just BS.

As for the Gulf of Tonkin, personally I would believe the U.S. Navy Guys, years later North Vietnamese Officials confirmed the Navy Guys were telling the truth. Some folks say the attack was 'nothing' just machine guns and a few torpedos. Try visiting a Navy Veterans hospital sometime Lori and ask a Sailor hit by a heavy calibre weapon if was 'nothing' that blew his leg off.

Hey Lori. Talking of Vietnam. A story in the News creeped me out the other day. I was watching a video of some soldier in Syria eating the heart and liver of one of his victims, just moments after killing the poor sod. It reminded me of a report from Vietnam during the war that the North Vietnamese had posted, full indignation. The report went something like; 'Sea Pirates descended on isolated villages in helicopters after flying in from the sea. They murdered the villages then cooked their livers and hearts and ate them before leaving, flying again out to sea'. All I could think was 'boy the Vietnamese have been eating funny rice or something if they believe that'. The Vietnamese did not say the flying cannibals were Americans, they said they were Asian. When I remembered the story, and saw the Syrian video (the News Agency confirmed it was true not fake), it really creeped me out.

I actualy tested the US briefcase spy machine in the UK on cables after it had fallen into UK hands.

The machine was a ' bio ' problem.meaning that it was made like bad people with problems.

The machine did not work in the Uk because the design of the UK cable equipment was different from the US cables and that information was passed back to the US Cable manufacturers who the issued law suits about US Government involvement.

A more recent spin off was the hand held devices used by people who call at your house. These had also had 'bio' parts and were withdrawn and legal action followed.

It is obvious who is doing this and why.

Two-Page Summary of the Book ' Disclosure'
Government & Military Witnesses Testify on Major UFO Cover-up-----------------Fairchild Industries Corporate Manager, Von Braun Spokesperson, Dr. Carol Rosin

When Wernher Von Braun [father of modern rocket science] was dying of cancer [1974], he asked me to be his spokesperson. Von Braun actually told me that the reasons for space-based weaponry that were going to be given – the enemies that we were going to identify – were all based on a lie. He said the strategy that was being used to educate the public and decision makers was to use scare tactics; that first the Russians are going to be considered the enemy. Then terrorists would be identified. Then we were going to identify third-world "crazies." We now call them Nations of Concern. The next enemy was asteroids – against asteroids we are going to build space-based weapons. And over and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving speeches for him, he would bring up the last card. "And remember, Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens, and all of it is a lie." He would not tell me the details. I am not sure I would have absorbed them if he had told me the details, or even believed him in 1974. ... In 1977, I was at a meeting in Fairchild Industries in a conference room called the War Room. ... They continued the conversation about how they were going to antagonize these enemies and at some point, there was going to be a war in the Gulf, a Gulf War. Now this is 1977! pp. 255 - 259. Like the 28 (and probably more by now) 'death bed confessions' claiming to explain John Kennedys death, it means nothing. Every 'death bed confession' about JFK is different from the other, naming about 30 different shooters, from Dallas Hobos to French hitmen flown in from France to do the deed. Which tale is true? I doubt if any of them are. Is Von Braun's story true? I think you know what I think. The biggest problem facing America right now is that so many unemployed folks are hurting and feel forgotten, like Webster Tarpley says. As the economist Geffory Gates said; 'I never fought in Vietnam to create an America where half the people live in poverty and are neglected'.
