Many children were helped by the Programme and the CIA should be commended for their benevolence to the less fortunate. It would seem to have been a charity effort rather than a 'focal point' search for Bin Laden, Bin Laden's kids were unlikely to be among slum kids, he was a man who lived all his life in what would be considered luxury in that part of the world.
